Termination and Suspension of Contracts</h3> <p> The company may modify, suspend or cease the services and conditions of use in whole or in part, without notice, if it considers that the user / visitor has breached a certain term of the present contract or a provision of law, and it shall be only liable for refunding any unused and prepaid services. <br><br> The company reserves its right to interrupt the access to the Database or proceed with the unilateral termination of the Services Agreement, an integral part of which is the present contract with the Terms and Conditions of use, in case of non-repayment of a due debt within a specified period to be mentioned in the Services Agreement. </p> <br> <h3>9.
