It includes details on the job posts or CVs; <br><br> <strong>Graphics:</strong> all logos, buttons and all other graphic elements of the Platform; <br><br> <strong>Employer:</strong> το φυσικό ή νομικό πρόσωπο που του έχει δοθεί από το Skywalker πρόσβαση στην Ιστοσελίδα για να αναρτήσει αγγελίες με θέσεις εργασίας ή να κάνει χρήση των Υπηρεσιών προκειμένου να αναζητήσει υποψήφιους εργαζομένους <br><br> <strong>Prospective Employee:</strong> the user, a natural person, who has the right to access the Platform for a job search; <br><br> <strong>Services:</strong> all services provided by το skywalker.gr – Jobs in Greece or its agents through the Platform; <br><br> <strong>Text:</strong> all the texts available on every page, whether they are editorials, guidelines or educational texts; <br><br> <strong>Registered User:</strong> any natural person or legal entity that uses any part of the Platform. <br><br> </p> <br> <h3>3. Services provided by Skywalker.gr – Jobs in Greece</h3> <h4>3.1 Services for Prospective Employees</h4> <p> All Prospective Employees are able to search for job posts and browse the Platform even if they are not Registered Prospective Employees or signed in the account that they keep on the Platform. <br><br> All Prospective Employees may submit an application for the job posts, which are published on the Platform. Each Prospective Employee: (a) shall receive automated electronic mail messages with recommended job posts based on the content of his/her curriculum vitae, the job searches conducted and the application history submitted by him/her through the Platform; (b) is able to store his/her CV in his/her account, to process or renew it or submit an application for job posts published on the Platform, without being required to create or store his/her CV anew each time he/she submits an application; and (c) in the case that he/she selects the indication “Visible for Employers”, he/she is able to make his/her CV visible for Employers making use of the Platform’s CV database and also on Skywalker when looking for personnel on behalf of his/her client, ensuring the greatest possible visibility of his/her CV. <br><br> Any biographical data, information, dates, images, photographs, materials or application information (hereinafter, “Profile”) that are published, displayed, submitted or made available in any other manner by you through the Platform are governed by the present Agreement. Nevertheless, without any limitation to the foregoing, the creation of any Profile through the Platform automatically authorizes Skywalker to disclose your Profile to any Employer. <br><br> The employees also acknowledge that both Skywalker and the Employers on the Platform are based on the accuracy and completeness of all information provided during your registration with the Platform, the completion and renewal of your Profile, and you represent and guarantee that all information provided to us as well as in your Job Offer are true, accurate, complete and in no event false and must remain as such. </p> <h4>3.2 Services for Prospective Employers</h4> <p> As a rule, the job offer of each enterprise shall be accessible to other Users through the Platform for a period corresponding to the subscription package as of its registration, also including any extensions that may be given. <br><br> Each employer replying to or contacting a Job Applicant does so directly, without Skywalker’s intervention. <br><br> Skywalker and Job Applicants on the Platform are based on the truth, accuracy and completeness of all information provided when signing in with the Platform, but also during the registration and renewal of the Job Offer and, as a result thereof, you represent and guarantee that all information provided to us as well as in your Job Offer are true, accurate, complete and in no event false and must remain as such. <br><br> We do not exercise any control over the Profile’s content and, therefore, Skywalker does not bear any obligation to view any Profile or include any Profile in the search results or other posts and it may exclude or remove any Profile from the Platform for any reason whatsoever. Skywalker does not assume any responsibility; otherwise, it disclaims any liability for the content, accuracy, completeness, legality, reliability or availability of any Job Applicant on the Platform. <br><br> Each Employer is responsible for any Job Offer registered with the Platform. Skywalker does not guarantee the validity of any Job Offer; therefore, Job Applicants have to verify the validity of any Job Offer before proceeding with any act that affects their current employment status. <br><br> Skywalker does not bear any obligation to view any Job Offer or include any registration for a Job Offer in the search results or other posts and it may exclude or remove any Job Offer from the Platform for any reason whatsoever. <br><br> Skywalker does not assume any responsibility; otherwise, it disclaims any liability for the content, accuracy, completeness, legality, reliability or availability of any Job Offer on the Platform or any information included in the Platform’s search results. </p> <br> <h3>4. Intellectual property rights</h3> <p> The Platform and all intellectual property rights therein are the exclusive ownership of Skywalker or its lawful licensees. Subject to the limited license of use that has been explicitly granted to you under the present terms, Skywalker.gr reserves all other rights to itself and the rest of the relevant licensees. Documents created by a User are exempt. </p> <br> <h3>5. Permitted Use of the Skywalker.gr – Jobs in Greece Platform</h3> <p> The Platform is addressed to Prospective Employees and Employers looking for prospective employees. You may use this Platform for lawful purposes only, within the scope of the pursued and acceptable uses determined by Skywalker. <br><br> <strong>Skywalker</strong> provides the prospective employees with a non-exclusive right to access and use the Platform, which has a limited period, only for your personal use concerning the search for a job and job opportunities. Under this license, you may open and store only one copy of the Platform’s material and you may not sell, transfer or make such material available to any third parties. You agree that you are solely responsible for the content of any Document placed on the Platform and for any implication resulting from the Document’s placement. <br><br> It also grants employers a non-exclusive right to access and use the Platform, which has a limited period, only for personal professional use concerning the search for prospective employees. Under this license, you may open and store only one copy of the Platform’s material and you may not sell, transfer or make such material available to any third parties without the express and written consent of Skywalker or the respective Prospective Employee. If you have a license to use the CV Database, then the terms and conditions for the use of the CV Database, which are described in the respective contract you have signed with Skywalker, apply additionally. License to Use a User’s Content</h3> <p> To the extent permitted by the law, you grant Skywalker an unlimited, non-exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable, discharged from intellectual property rights license to use, reproduce, distribute, execute, view and in general to process and exploit in any manner the User Content for any purpose associated with the Platform, the Services and its business. Moreover, you grant Skywalker and its affiliated companies the right to use your name and / or username with regard to the User Content. When submitting an application for a job through the Platform, you send your User Content to Skywalker and you authorize the latter to disclose such User Content to a third party. You also represent and guarantee that: (i) you have your own User Content, which has been posted by you on the Platform or through the Platform, or you have the right to grant the license specified in this part, (ii) the User Content does not violate the privacy rights, intellectual property rights or any other rights of any person or entity; and (iii) the User Content does not result in the breach of contract between you and a third party. You agree to pay all rights, fees, indemnities and any other monies owed to any person or entity as a result of the content published by you on or through the Platform. You agree to hold Skywalker and its affiliated companies harmless and indemnify them for any claims emanating from any content or material provided by you to the Platform. <br><br> If you wish to revoke the license granted for any User Content, please contact us at the service address stated herein above together with a copy of your passport or identity card (for reasons of identification) and ask for the removal of such content. Your request must include: (i) the signature of the beneficiary of the said content or a person authorized to act on behalf of the rights’ beneficiary; (ii) a determination of the content, the license of which must be revoked, as well as sufficient information, in order for Skywalker to identify and remove the content from the Platform; (iii) the name, address, mobile phone number and your electronic mail address; (iv) a declaration stating your good faith that you are a beneficiary of rights or are authorized by the holder of rights to revoke the license for the specified content; and (v) a declaration that the information included in the request are accurate and that you are a holder of rights or are authorized to act in the name of the holder of rights with regard to such materials, under threat of sanctions for perjury. Limitations of Use</h3> <p> It is explicitly prohibited to transmit, distribute, disseminate, place, present, upload etc. any posts on the Platform having a malicious, insulting, offensive, pornographic, defamatory, misleading and obscene content and, in general, a material that violates consumer rights, as those are provided under the applicable legislation, as well as the rights of other users and the present website and, particularly, the rights pertaining to the protection of human dignity, honour and good reputation, private life, minority and professional reputation. <br><br> No written opinions regarding any religious, ethnic or personal characteristics, political views, racial or other discrimination or, in general, any elements offending or violating the candidates’ personality or companies’ reputation are desirable from any side. <br><br> Any act by the user aiming at threating or harassing any third parties, any disclosure of personal data and details of third parties, whether natural persons or legal entities, and, in general, the use of the website for purposes other than those for which it was created and operates, shall be explicitly prohibited. <br><br> All users access our services on their own responsibility and are obliged to do so in good faith. Services provided by Skywalker.gr – Jobs in Greece</h3> <h4>3.1 Services for Prospective Employees</h4> <p> All Prospective Employees are able to search for job posts and browse the Platform even if they are not Registered Prospective Employees or signed in the account that they keep on the Platform. <br><br> All Prospective Employees may submit an application for the job posts, which are published on the Platform. Each Prospective Employee: (a) shall receive automated electronic mail messages with recommended job posts based on the content of his/her curriculum vitae, the job searches conducted and the application history submitted by him/her through the Platform; (b) is able to store his/her CV in his/her account, to process or renew it or submit an application for job posts published on the Platform, without being required to create or store his/her CV anew each time he/she submits an application; and (c) in the case that he/she selects the indication “Visible for Employers”, he/she is able to make his/her CV visible for Employers making use of the Platform’s CV database and also on Skywalker when looking for personnel on behalf of his/her client, ensuring the greatest possible visibility of his/her CV. <br><br> Any biographical data, information, dates, images, photographs, materials or application information (hereinafter, “Profile”) that are published, displayed, submitted or made available in any other manner by you through the Platform are governed by the present Agreement. Payments</h3> <p> Unless otherwise specified in the Contract for the Provision of Services, if during the term of this Agreement you proceed with terminating the Contract for the Provision of Services, which includes the present terms and conditions, for reasons not due to a violation on Skywalker’s part, the company reserves the right to receive from you the fee corresponding to the Services you have used up to the date of termination, in the event that termination without significant reason is explicitly permitted by the terms of the specific Services Contract. </p> <br> <h3>10. Hyperlinks / Redirections to other webpages</h3> <p> Within the scope of services provided by our company, it is possible that the platform redirects through links or posted ads or advertising banners to other webpages, the providers of which are fully liable for the lawfulness, security and validity of the content included in their websites. It provides services of registration of job ads for finding personnel. <br><br> The customers (enterprises / companies) of <b>skywalker.gr</b> may select one of the following payment methods: bank deposit, use of an electronic payment code, use of a credit or debit card on the <b>skywalker.gr</b> – Jobs in Greece e-shop, cash payment at our premises or to a collections company. <br><br> <b>skywalker.gr</b> provides online services, meaning that no concern arises on the non-reception of a service or the reception of a defective service. <br><br> In the event that a technical problem arises on the <b>skywalker.gr</b> platform resulting in our services’ unavailability, a refund is provided within ninety (90) calendar days from the day following the purchase of the service. Upon lapse of ninety (90) calendar days and in case of non-submission of a relevant request by the company, no monies are refunded by <b>skywalker.gr</b>. <br><br> In the event that the provision of all our services becomes unavailable due to a technical problem on the <b>skywalker.gr</b> platform (e.g. publication of an ad for a shorter time period than the one provided in the plan that the company has purchased), 50% of the monies shall be refunded within ninety (90) calendar days from the day following the purchase of the service. Upon lapse of ninety (90) calendar days and in case of non-submission of a relevant request by the company, no monies are refunded by <b>skywalker.gr</b>. <br><br> The company has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without reason and within ninety (90) calendar days, starting from the day following the purchase of services, provided that there is evidence that it has not proceeded with using the said service, and a refund of monies is provided within ninety (90) calendar days from the day following the purchase of the service. <br><br> Upon lapse of the aforementioned period, no monies are refunded by the webpage. <br><br> The Enterprise shall not be responsible for any breach of the present terms (including the delivery of services) that is due to force majeure events or any events that may not be attributed to its fault and are beyond its control.
