href="https://www.solarbe.com/topic/show-htm-itemid-7807.html" target="_blank" style="color:#1780C4">美股</a>大幅低开，标普500指数跌7%，触发本月第三次熔断，美股暂停交易15分钟。临近尾盘，美股再次扩大跌幅，道指跌近3000点，跌幅近13%，创1987年以来最大跌幅。至收盘，道指跌12.93%，标普500跌11.98%，纳斯达克指数跌12.32%。</p> <p>与此同时，上证指数自3月以来累计下跌3.76%、深证成指自3月以来累计下跌7.09%，不可避免受到一定影响，但比起美股来明显更加平稳。</p> <p>受整体环境影响，在美上市光伏企业的股价出现较大跌幅。其中，<a href="https://www.solarbe.com/topic/show-htm-itemid-1037.html" target="_blank" style="color:#1780C4">晶科能源</a>(NYSE:JKS)股价收于12.36美元，跌幅高达29.01%;<a href="https://www.solarbe.com/topic/show-htm-itemid-611.html" target="_blank" style="color:#1780C4">阿特斯</a>太阳能(NASDAQ:CSIQ)收于13.24美元，跌幅21.19%;大全新能源(NYSE:DQ)收于52.60美元，跌幅7.15%。</p> <p>需要指出，近期美股形势已经让很多投资者感到焦虑，其中，晶科能源、阿特斯太阳能3月16日股价最低点甚至达到近52周最低水平。2018年“531新政”发布时，晶科能源股价跌幅只有14.07%，不到本次的一半，接连大幅下跌对相关企业的影响不容小觑。</p> <p>索比光伏网注意到，就在一个月前，美股光伏上市公司股价表现还处于乐观状态。其中，阿特斯太阳能股价2月19日曾达到25.35美元，晶科能源股价2月20日曾达到28.84美元，均为近52周最高点。短短一个月时间，市值跌去一半，美国股市对于中国光伏企业的估值已经严重偏低。</p> <p>相关分析人士指出，晶科能源作为全球出货量排名第一的光伏组件企业，总市值仅5.48亿美元，市盈率仅4.26倍;阿特斯太阳能的总市值也只有7.87亿美元，市盈率不足4倍，“难以想象，在A股根本不可能。”同时他表示，对相关企业管理层而言，如此低的市值意味着他们迎来了以最低成本私有化并在A股上市的绝佳时机。</p> <p>早在2017年底，阿特斯太阳能就曾经进行私有化尝试，但在近一年后撤回私有化建议书。对此，董事长瞿晓铧向董事会表示，仍有意收购公司并私有化，仍将继续寻求其他途径获得足够的融资。</p> <p>今年1月9日，晶科电力科技股份有限公司顺利通过中国证监会主板发审会审核，即将登陆A股。有业内人士猜测，晶科会将组件版块打包纳入晶科电力旗下，也有人认为，拆分上市才是更加稳妥的方案。</p>
