En effet, les gestionnaires de mobilier, qui assurent la bonne conservation et la valorisation des vestiges mis au jour lors d’une opération archéologique, sont très souvent chargés également de la documentation associée. Ils doivent ainsi assurer la conservation de cette documentation, sa gestion et sa mise à disposition pour les chercheurs.</p> </div> </div> <div id="annonce"> <p class="intitule">Annonce</p> <div id="annonce-1244472-fr" class="tabContent" lang="fr" xml:lang="fr"> <h1>Argumentaire</h1> <p style="text-align: left;">Pour sa sixième table ronde, le Réseau interprofessionnel des gestionnaires de mobilier archéologique souhaite aborder la thématique de la documentation archéologique. En effet, les gestionnaires de mobilier, qui assurent la bonne conservation et la valorisation des vestiges mis au jour lors d’une opération archéologique, sont très souvent chargés également de la documentation associée. Ils doivent ainsi assurer la conservation de cette documentation, sa gestion et sa mise à disposition pour les chercheurs.</p> <p class="MsoListParagraph" style="text-align: left;">La gestion de cette documentation, multiforme par sa typologie et les supports utilisés, nécessite des compétences et des infrastructures spécifiques. Nous vous proposons d’aborder cette thématique selon des perspectives variées : la documentation en elle-même, la documentation en tant que complément indispensable à la compréhension du mobilier, seul vestige matériel de l’opération archéologique.</p> <p style="text-align: left;">La documentation en elle-même :</p> <ul> <li class="MsoListParagraph">les modalités de sa gestion et de son indexation (bases de données, inventaires, vocabulaire…) ;</li> <li class="MsoListParagraph">sa conservation, en lien ou non avec les Archives départementales ;</li> <li class="MsoListParagraph">son accessibilité ;</li> <li class="MsoListParagraph">la question de la documentation numérique (accessibilité, formats pérennes, durée de vie des supports, sauvegarde, volumes de stockage) ;</li> <li class="MsoListParagraph">la question de la numérisation de la documentation sur support traditionnel (papiers, photographies, plans sur calque …) ;</li> <li class="MsoListParagraph">l’utilisation de la documentation au-delà de la rédaction du rapport de fouilles ;</li> </ul> <p style="text-align: left;">La documentation nécessaire à la compréhension des biens archéologiques mobiliers :</p> <ul> <li class="MsoListParagraph">le nécessaire binôme : exemples d’enrichissement scientifique favorisé par la coprésence et, <em>a contrario</em>, problèmes posés par l’absence de documentation dans la gestion, la compréhension du mobilier et la reprise d’étude ;</li> <li class="MsoListParagraph">comment garder, faciliter le lien entre les objets, leur documentation propre (photographies, dessins, fiches de restauration) et les données de terrain ?</li> <li class="MsoListParagraph">le chantier des collections en archéologie : un chantier documentaire préalable au chantier des collections (inventaire / récolement) ; l’apport de la documentation archéologique.</li> </ul> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: left;">Nous vous proposons de venir présenter vos expériences, en développant le contexte dans lequel elles ont eu lieu, les modalités d’approche, les compétences convoquées, les problèmes rencontrés pour leur mise en &oelig;uvre et les solutions apportées, ainsi que les réticences et questionnements qu’elles ont pu susciter.</p> <p style="text-align: left;">Ces journées restent des lieux d’échanges. Comme c’est le cas pour chacune des tables rondes du RIGMA, vos retours d’expérience sont nécessaires pour connaître vos choix, vos réussites et vos erreurs et aider ainsi l’ensemble des personnes en charge de la gestion des données scientifiques de l'archéologie à avancer, à profiter des acquis des autres et progresser dans leur activité professionnelle.</p> <h1>Modalités de contribution</h1> <p
