We have third party contractors that need to print, and we have a print server in place to handle requests and connect computers to printers. Unfortunately, some of these contractors are having trouble installing the printers and receive errors when trying to install them. Interestingly, not all of our contractors have this problem.</p> <p>I’m not sure if it is a group policy on our end that is blocking them from being able to install the printers or what as I am relatively new to this and new to this location. server, they need to ensure that they have drivers already installed.</p> <p>Have you considered letting them simply print IP direct?</p> <p>Or if a security issue, depending on vendor, a feature like
