LiLo seems to think so.</p> <p>In a long, rambling e-mail that she reportedly fired off from her BlackBerry to 18 of her friends–and that ended up in the inbox of the New York Post’s Page Six–Lohan declared her intention to sue the tabloids for making false accusations about her. And, according to the Post, she planned to seek a little help from the top.</p> <p>“Al Gore will help me; he came up to me last night and said he would be very happy to have a conversation with me,” the e-mail read. “If he is willing to help me, let’s find out. Hilary [sic] Clinton, Bill Clinton, and Evan metroplis [sic], and John Dauer who works with them would be willing, if we just ask. If we just ASK.”</p> <p>TMZ contacted Gore’s rep to see if the former Veep would be up for the challenge and was told: “I can confirm for you that Mr. Gore has only met Ms. Lohan once, very briefly, at the GQ Men of the Year dinner last week.
