I contacted them with help regarding an issue of my layout being messed up when I tried to add a page. It would preview the messed up layout when I attempted to add a page so I wouldn't save it as to ensure I wasn't going to ruin the website I spent HOURS designing. </p><p>Technical support told me they were not having the issue I was and said they published my website so I could see how they successfully added a page...they added a page that in turn ruined my whole layout on every single page. I asked them to undo the changes and they told me that wasn't possible unless I PAID to upgrade my plan. For 1, why should I have to pay for their mistake? Fast forward to over a week of going back and forth, them refusing to give me the upgrade for free to fix their mistake it now comes out there is no possible way to fix it even if I do upgrade. </p><p>So not only did they ruin my website design they also tried to scam me out of more money. They have offered 0 compensation other than "Sorry for your inconvenience". They said you only had to pay the domain fee until you spent hours working on it and then they added hidden fees. </p> <p><strong>CONS:</strong> They are corrupt and unethical. They have you sign up for website builder when it is free and then you pay domain fees, then they change that without telling you, causing your website to go offline, then the only way to get it back and working is by paying fees that go up constantly. There is no way to know what they will do next and then once you have built your website with them, you can't move it to another company so your options are to start over from the beginnning or to continue to let them extort you! I contacted them with help regarding an issue of my layout being messed up when I tried to add a page. It would preview the messed up layout when I attempted to add a page so I wouldn't save it as to ensure I wasn't going to ruin the website I spent HOURS designing. </p><p>Technical support told me they were not having the issue I was and said they published my website so I could see how they successfully added a page...they added a page that in turn ruined my whole layout on every single page. I asked them to undo the changes and they told me that wasn't possible unless I PAID to upgrade my plan. For 1, why should I have to pay for their mistake? Fast forward to over a week of going back and forth, them refusing to give me the upgrade for free to fix their mistake it now comes out there is no possible way to fix it even if I do upgrade. </p><p>So not only did they ruin my website design they also tried to scam me out of more money. They have offered 0 compensation other than "Sorry for your inconvenience".
