href="http://Pravmir.ru" target="_blank">Pravmir.ru</a>), the most visited Orthodox Christian website in Russia today. Its mission is to provide daily high-quality articles in English on how to be an Orthodox Christian in today鈥檚 world. It has been online since 2007.</p> <p>We normally publish one full-length article daily (the majority borrowed from across the Orthodox Internet, with one or two a week translated from Russian and appearing here for the first time) and several news items (roughly half taken from other news outlets and half translated from the original Russian). Festal material follows the Calendar of the Russian Orthodox Church.</p> <p>Orthodoxy and the World is run by a very small group of volunteers, with limited assistance from the Russian-language website.
