"WenQuanYi Micro Hei", sans-serif; text-indent: 2em;">二维钙钛矿因其本征结构稳定而具备卓越的环境湿度稳定性,使其在新型光伏领域中具备巨大的潜力。然而,制备均匀的相分布薄膜以实现相与相的高效能量转移仍然具有很大的挑战性。因此,迫切需要探索在二维钙钛矿中如何实现多尺度均匀的相分布的薄膜,进而构筑更高效的太阳能电池。</span></p> <p !im<em></em>portant;">针对以上均匀相分布的薄膜制备难题,西安交通大学电子与信息学部电子科学与工程学院郗俊特聘研究员及其合作者研究了基于咔唑衍生物系列的自组装分子(SAMs)作为非聚合物空穴选择性接触层对无甲胺(MA)组分的RP相二维钙钛矿薄膜的晶体生长模型、空间多尺度结构以及形成能谱的影响。这种SAM层倾向于与较大的晶体畴形成有序横向排列,从而促进了二维钙钛矿的晶体生长。更重要的是,在SAM层上生长的二维钙钛矿薄膜呈现出长程空间有序的二维/三维异质性,其中不同的二维相(n = 2和3)在则表现为短程紧密耦合。此外,这种合理的异质结构与有序的界面接触相协同,可实现更有效的能量转移,从而有助于提高激子的辐射复合和抑制非辐射复合。论文提出的这种基于SAM的相关成膜机理可用于不同的二维钙钛矿组分器件、大面积器件、柔性器件。最后,作者在优化后的SAM的基础上,构筑了RP相二维钙钛矿(n = 5)太阳能电池,其最高效率达到了18.85%(第三方权威机构认证效率为 cells)为题,发表于国际顶级能源类期刊《先进能源材料》(Advanced Energy Materials)。团队博士生郭威为论文第一作者,西安交通大学郗俊特聘研究员为第一通讯作者,吴朝新教授与董化副教授作为共同通讯作者参与指导,西安交通大学为第一作者与通讯作者单位。此外,复旦大学杨迎国研究员也参与了该工作。该工作得到了国家自然科学基金,陕西省重点研发计划和西安交通大学青年拔尖人才支持计划的资助,以及西安交通大学分析测试中心的支持。</p> <p style="margin:
