The Bible often highlights particular individuals, events, or teachings to convey deeper spiritual truths and principles.

Particular Individuals:

Throughout the Bible, God often chooses specific individuals to fulfill His purposes. For example, in Genesis 12:1-3, God calls Abram (later Abraham) out of all the people on earth to be the father of a great nation: "The LORD said to Abram, 'Go from your country, your people and your father's household to the land I will show you. I will make you into a great nation, and I will bless you; I will make your name great, and you will be a blessing.'" This particular calling of Abraham sets the stage for the unfolding of God's redemptive plan through Israel.

Similarly, in the New Testament, Jesus selects twelve apostles from among His disciples to be His closest followers and to carry on His mission after His ascension (Mark 3:13-19). This particular choice underscores the importance of these individuals in the early church and the spread of the Gospel.

Particular Events:

The Bible also emphasizes particular events that have significant theological implications. The Exodus, for instance, is a pivotal event in the Old Testament where God delivers the Israelites from slavery in Egypt. This event is recounted in detail in the book of Exodus and is frequently referenced throughout Scripture as a demonstration of God's power and faithfulness (Exodus 12:31-42).

In the New Testament, the crucifixion and resurrection of Jesus Christ are central events that hold particular importance for Christian faith. The Apostle Paul emphasizes this in 1 Corinthians 15:3-4: "For I delivered to you as of first importance what I also received: that Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures, that He was buried, that He was raised on the third day according to the Scriptures."

Particular Teachings:

The Bible contains specific teachings that are highlighted for their importance in guiding believers' lives. The Ten Commandments, given to Moses on Mount Sinai, are a particular set of laws that form the foundation of moral and ethical conduct in the Judeo-Christian tradition (Exodus 20:1-17).

In the Sermon on the Mount, Jesus provides particular teachings that define the character and behavior of His followers. For example, in Matthew 5:3-12, He presents the Beatitudes, which describe the blessedness of those who embody the values of the Kingdom of Heaven.

Particular Promises:

God's promises are often directed toward specific individuals or groups, yet they carry broader implications for all believers. In Jeremiah 29:11, God speaks a particular promise to the exiled Israelites: "For I know the plans I have for you, declares the LORD, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." While this promise was given to a specific group, it reflects God's character and His intentions for His people.

In the New Testament, Jesus makes a particular promise to His disciples in John 14:2-3: "In My Father’s house are many rooms. If it were not so, would I have told you that I am going there to prepare a place for you? And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come back and welcome you into My presence, so that you also may be where I am." This promise of eternal fellowship with Christ is a cornerstone of Christian hope.

In summary, while the word "particularly" may not appear in the biblical text, the concept is woven throughout Scripture as God highlights specific individuals, events, teachings, and promises to reveal His character and purposes.
Webster's Revised Unabridged Dictionary
1.
