The people in these shows rightly demand pay equal to the success of their show, and in most cases get turned down flat when their demands get too high. Discovery have that problem.</p> <p>And to be honest, if your show is a hit on cable or network TV you should be paid a salary equal to what your show is worth, to a degree.
