CAs are paid $15.00 per hour. PDLs facilitate dialogues on complex societal issues such as affirmative action, gun control, wealth redistribution, hate speech &amp; free speech, and other topics. PDLs work with various groups across campus, including Living Learning Programs, to hold space for these dialogues. PDLs create a leveled space to have vulnerable dialogues that expand skills in active listening, asking questions for understanding, speaking to be understood, and working through differences.&nbsp;</p><p>PDLs are paid on a stipend rate depending on the length and frequency of the dialogue meetings.
