His keynote will evaluate the progress achieved in the CNS roadmaps in the recent years, reviewing the persistent challenges before enabling a breakthrough, while discussing how to steer the path forward.</p> <h3 class="clear"><b><a id="p1"></a>April 10, Plenary Panel I: Global Harmonization</b></h3> <p>This international perspective on global harmonization includes updates from ICAO as well as NextGen, SESAR, and Japan’s Carats modernization programs from senior representatives from each of the respective organizations. Representatives from two major commercial airframe manufacturers will provide updates on their CNS equipage plans.</p> <p>In keeping with the theme of the conference, presenters will provide a perspective on internal and external influences which are impacting many of their major program and implementation decisions.</p> <p>We will also focus on one of the hottest topics confronting all civil aviation authorities today, cybersecurity.
