"><strong>Policies</strong></h5><p><strong>Cancellation and Refund Policies:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing via email to us at contact@opulentconferences.com.</li> <li>Payments will be refunded if the cancellation request is made at least 30 days before the event dates and refund charges, and applicable taxes will be deducted from the total refund amount.</li> <li>Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event will be eligible for a full refund, minus any applicable refund charges and taxes.</li> <li>Cancellations made 15-30 days before the event will receive a 50% refund, after the deduction of refund charges and applicable taxes.</li> <li>No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 15 days before the event.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Non-attendance</strong></p> <p>Failure to attend the event without prior notification will be considered a "no-show," and no refunds will be issued.</p> <p><strong>Cancellation of Event</strong></p> <p>In the unlikely event that the conference is cancelled, registrants will receive a full refund without any deductions.</p> <p>Alternatively, registrants may have the option to apply their payment towards a future event.</p> <p><strong>Changes to Event</strong></p> <p>- If significant changes are made to the event (e.g., change of date or location), participants will have the option to request a refund if they are unable to attend due to the changes.</p> <p>- Requests must be made within a specified timeframe after the announcement of the change.</p> <p><strong>Refund Processing</strong></p> <p>Refunds will be processed within 15 days of the refund request approval.</p> <p>Refunds will be issued using the original payment method. If this is not possible, an alternative refund method will be arranged.</p> <p><strong>Special Circumstances</strong></p> <ul> <li>Opulent Conferences consider refunds under special circumstances (e.g., illness, family emergency) on a case-by-case basis.
