In quest’ottica l’educazione degli operatori dell’industria delle costruzioni a tutti i livelli, in particolare riorientando l’istruzione e la formazione delle nuove leve, è condizione indispensabile in una prospettiva di riconversione sostenibile. L’articolo dimostra il respiro internazionale delle ricerche in corso in Italia, in particolare quelle condotte dall’Università di Bologna in collaborazione con atenei dell’Europa dell’Est e dell’Asia. Quattro interventi di efficientamento energetico del patrimonio architettonico, tre in Italia e uno nella Repubblica Ceca, sono The project, in other words, must be the result of a decoding process suitable to frame in a non-self qualities of each of the parts that compose the historical building, but must also be suitable to check a priori that the graft of new elements does not alter the set starting structure. Only in this case the innovations introducted in existing architectures can actually be considered as positive developments, therefore, a progress for building. The energy retrofit requires the adaptation of the existing to new performance standards. So this implies the transfer to pre-industrial buildings of new products and technologies to improve comfort levels. this, also claims as design support, a series of checks. The role of compatibility in this process is essential. Compatibility, in fact, directly and indirectly, creates a dense system of circuits: states actors, tools and flows. In the light of policy objectives for energy efficiency, set both in the Europe Agreements and the national regulations, it is possible to identify areas item of measures to increase efficiency and, within them, to analyze the transformation of skills and professional figures, by specifying the "emerging new green profiles." As shown in the data analysis, the conversion of professions induced by energy efficiency has a highly cross nature, triggering off a demand for new skills and expertise in various sectors. The processes of both technological and production innovation related to energy efficiency may also affect a significant audience of workers, even outside of the traditional green sectors, which could benefit from conversion processes into the new green profiles through specific training programs. Lo scopo di questo lavoro è di valutare gli impatti socio-economici delle politiche di sviluppo dell’efficienza energetica in Italia, in termini di ricadute sull’occupazione e sulle professionalità. Alla luce degli obiettivi di policy a favore dell’efficienza energetica, fissati negli accordi europei e nelle normative nazionali, si identificano i settori oggetto delle misure di efficientamento e, all’interno di essi, si analizza la trasformazione delle competenze e delle figure professionali richieste, individuando i “nuovi profili verdi emergenti”. L’analisi mostra che la trasformazione delle professioni indotta dall’efficienza energetica presenta un carattere fortemente trasversale, attivando una domanda di nuove professionalità e competenze in diversi comparti.
