While the guidance isn’t mandatory, it is a major step forward and paves the way for future mandatory climate disclosure rules. <br /> <br /> Ceres also released “The 21st Century Corporation: The Ceres Roadmap for Sustainability.” This new roadmap outlined 20 expectations in corporate governance, stakeholder engagement, disclosure, and performance that, if met, would transform companies into truly sustainable enterprises.
