class="row"> <div class="col-12"> <div class="terms-content"> <p><strong>Registration and Payment Methods</strong></p> <p>Registration and the slot for the final program will only be finalized or confirmed once we receive the payment. We have three modes of registration options:</p> <p><strong>Online Registration:</strong> Registration can be completed from the respective conference website through credit or debit card with international transaction facility through secure online payment gateways. Also, through credit card authorization the online registration can be done.</p> <p><strong>Offline Registration:</strong> For offline registration the user will be provided with the bank account details with their billing details to complete registration through wire transfer. Please quote your invoice number as a reference. The confirmation will be provided once we receive the payment.</p> <p><strong>Onsite Registration:</strong> Registration can be completed at the venue of the conference. The acceptable mode of payment is by cash or through credit card authorization.</p> <p><strong>Request for Invitation Letter</strong></p> <p>Invitation letter will be provided to only those who are registered for the conference.</p> <p><strong>Cancellation Policies</strong></p> <ul> <li>We strictly adhere to our cancellation policies and cancellations should be made in writing.</li> <li>Imprints Conferences have the right to change the policies without any prior notice as last minute changes.</li> <li>The Organizer holds the sole right to cancel or postpone the conference or webinar in case natural disasters, calamities, terrorism activity, pandemic, unavoidable and unforeseeable circumstances and the same will be intimated to the attendees from the respective program managers.</li> <li>Organizer will not be responsible for any loss or damage as a result of substitution, alteration, postponement, or cancellation of an event which will be beyond its control including without limitation, force majeure, natural disasters, pandemics, sabotage, accident, trade or industrial disputes, terrorism, or hostilities.</li> <li>If the conference/webinar is cancelled or postponed due to the cause which will be beyond control of organizer the registrations remain valid for the next future conferences or webinar. The registration and accommodations paid will automatically carry forwarded to the future events. Refund Policies will not be applicable in these cases.</li> <li>If registrant is unable to attend the next scheduled date of the conference/webinar they will be eligible to get the full paid amount credit which can be used to attend any conference organized by Imprints Conferences within period of 12 months.</li> <li>Liability of personal injuries or for loss or damage to property belonging to the delegates, either during, or as a result of the conference/webinar will not be accepted by organizer.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Refund Policies (Conferences, Webinars & Accommodations)</strong></p> <ul> <li>Refund policy will be applicable only when the registrant is eligible to get the refund. Considering the advance payments towards Venue, Printing, Shipping, Hotels, and different overheads, we needed to keep Refund Policy is as following slabs, and all bank charges will be for the registrant's account.</li> <li>Cancellation before 120 days of the conference: Eligible for Full Refund (with a deduction of 150 USD/150 EURO/150GBP towards administrative/service fee)</li> <li>Cancellation within 119-90 days of Conference: Eligible for 60% Refund</li> <li>Cancellation within 89-46 days of Conference: Eligible for 40% Refund</li> <li>Cancellation within 45 days of Conference: Non-refundable</li> <li>Virtual presentations registration payments will not be refunded.</li> <li>The registration with limited costs (special discounts) is transferable to a person or event but not refundable anytime in cash/credit.</li> <li>In the case of VISA refusal, the paid amount can be transferred to the other conference or can be refunded as per the time policies mentioned above.</li> <li>Your virtual conference registration includes access to the live-webinar broadcast only.</li> <li>All webinars are recorded, and the recordings will be accessible and recorded video will be provided on written request.</li> <li>All cancellations or alterations of registration or registrants to be made in writing to Conference Mail ID & <strong>contact@imprintsconferences.com</strong></li> </ul> <p><strong>Insurance and Transportation</strong></p> <p>Insurance is not included in the Registration. Transportation from Airport to hotel completely depends upon the hotel facility. On request we can arrange the transportation for the attendees and the cost will be responsibility of traveler.</p> <p><strong>When will you receive your refund?</strong></p> <p>The process of refund initiation will take 30-45 working days and through the online mode using PayPal. The processed refund may take up to 9-10 business working days to get reflected in the account or statement.</p> <p><strong>Personal Reason</strong></p> <p>The conference cannot refund or pay any compensation where could not attend the conference is prevented by reason of circumstances which amount to “personal reason”. Such as travel difficulties, visa problems, health issues, financial default etc.</p> <p><strong>Registration Substitution Policy</strong></p> <p>Replacement of a registered attendee by a business colleague/co-worker will be accepted without substitution fee. The new attendee must be named in the written notification by the original registrant.</p> <p><strong>Conference Date and Place Statement</strong></p> <p>Due to force majeure including but not limited to earthquake, natural disaster, pandemics, virus outbreak, war and country policy, organizer reserves the rights to change the conference dates or venue with immediate effect and does not assume responsibility for any additional costs, charges, or expenses; to include, charges made for travel and lodging.</p> <p><strong>Identification at Registration (On-site Only)</strong></p> <p>Attendees are asked to present a Photo ID at registration in order to collect registration materials. This procedure is in place to protect registration materials from getting lost and to allow Imprints Conferences to monitor accurate attendance. Registration materials will not be provided without a Photo ID. Furthermore, registrants agree not to allow any other individual to participate in their place either at the conference, during the registration process, or any other conference-related activity including acceptance of these terms of registration.</p> <p><strong>Alcoholic Beverages (On-site Only)</strong></p> <p>Recognizing the nature of receptions and the potential for alcohol abuse at conferences, all Imprints Conferences sponsored events will make non-alcoholic drinks available. Conference participants are responsible for their own well-being and you agree that neither Imprints Conferences and/or its sponsors will be held accountable for any events or occurrences resulting from excessive drinking, recklessness or negligence.</p> <p><strong>Smoking (On-site Only)</strong></p> <p>For the comfort and health of all attendees, smoking is not permitted at any Imprints Conferences sponsored events. This includes general sessions, concurrent sessions, workshops, luncheons, receptions, and in the exhibit hall. Attendees should adhere to any signage preventing or authorizing smoking in certain locations.</p> <p><strong>Responsibility</strong></p> <p>The attendee will be solely responsible for all their belongings at the venue. Whatever be the reason the organizer will not be responsible for any stolen or missing items of attendees.</p> <p><strong>Consent to use Photographic, Video and Audio Recordings:</strong></p> <p>Imprints Conferences official photographers will be taking photographs, recording video or making audio recordings during the event.
