用纯糯米粉为原料，拌上白砂糖粉末，再加上花生仁，芝麻等，干蒸熟后，切成四方块，香甜可口，老人小孩皆宜食用，也是馈赠亲友的佳品，在省内外及东南亚一带颇受欢迎。<BR> </P><P><STRONG>仁丹糕</STRONG> <BR> 用糯米粉为原料，拌以白糖、精盐、酸汁，蒸熟后趁热撒上白砂糖，甜、咸、酸味道齐全，病人和老幼食用尤为适宜。<BR> </P><P><STRONG>芜糕<BR></STRONG> 把一些薄荷草（俗名溪芜草）放在铺糯米粉的蒸笼底部，蒸煮后，蒲荷味渗进米糕，香气袭人，是独特之糕点。<BR> </P><P><STRONG>赤饼</STRONG><BR> 将面粉拌成团，再用平锅烫成面皮，然后用数张面皮裹炒熟的花生粉、芝麻，中上白糖等即成。皮韧馅甜，香味满口。<BR> </P><P><STRONG>蓼花与麻筒</STRONG> <BR> 仙游县生产“蓼花”与“麻筒”的历史悠久。“蓼花”，以糯米、蔗糖、纯碱、麦芽糖为原料，经制作成冬瓜样的白果条后，油炸为蓼花胚。如沾满蓼花米即成“蓼花”，若沾满炒芝麻，由成为“麻筒”。“蓼花”与“麻筒”均具有营养丰富、酥脆可口的特点。<BR> </P><P><STRONG>仙草冰</STRONG> <BR>
