莆田市位于东海之滨、台湾海峡西岸，因其独特的地理、气候资源，极宜种植龙眼等亚热带珍贵果树，其中龙眼、枇杷、荔枝、蜜柚是莆田市传统的四大名果，历来驰名海内外，尤以龙眼为佳，素有“兴化桂元甲天下”之美誉。 <BR> 莆田龙眼因其栽培地域独特，孕育了众多品种和优良品质。全市现有品种80多个，为全国最多。由于莆田地处我国龙眼栽培适宜区的北缘，日照充足，雨量适中，日夜温差大，有利于可溶性固形物（糖分为主）的积累，所以兴化桂元风味较其他产地香甜，并培育了许多优良品种。 <BR> 莆田龙眼以果大、可良率高、可溶性固形物含量高（即含糖高）为特点，“水南1号”、“友谊 106”这两个品种，已达国家一级龙眼标准，为国内领先；“松风本”、“立冬本”以其晚熟而倍受青睐。主栽品种“乌龙岭”、“油潭本”、“水南1号”、“松风本”、“ 立冬本”等品种成熟期在8月中旬至10月中旬，平均单果重13-19克，可良率65-72%，可溶性固形物含量18.3-5%，维生素C含量丰富，每百克果肉中含有43.12-167.7毫克，这些指标都明显优于其他产区。 </P><P><STRONG>枇杷</STRONG> <BR> 莆田枇杷品种达100多种，主要有“解放钟”、“长红3号 ”、“莆选1号”、“早钟6号”、“白梨”等，单果重为全国最大（解放钟最大单果重172克，为世界之冠），栽培技术最先进，主产区常太镇号称“中国枇杷第一乡”。全市现有面积1.1万公顷，投产面积0.5万公顷，年产量3万吨以上。销往全国 各大中城市。“解放钟”枇杷选自福建省莆田市城厢区英龙街绣衣里的“大钟”实生变异味，1949年莆田解放那年发现而得名。其最大单果重可达172克，曾在1954年西德举行的国际农业博览会上获金奖，故被誉为“枇杷王”。“解放钟”枇杷树势强，枝条粗壮，抗逆性强，结果习性好，产量高，果实倒卵形或长倒卵形（梨形），果皮橙红色、易剥离、中等厚、耐贮运；平均单果重70-80g。根据福建省农科院测定，果肉厚0.93cm，可食率71.46%以上，可溶性固形物11.1-12%，含酸量0.51%，维生素65.72mg/100g果肉，莆田当地成熟期5月上、中旬。</P><P 其味香甜、醮核率高，具有止渴、滋补功效。郭沫若先生六十年代初在莆田考察时，曾题下“荔城无处不荔枝”的诗句，盛赞莆田荔枝。优良品种有“陈紫”、“宋家香”、“状元红”等。</P><P> </P><P align=center><IMG alt="" src="https://p1.cncnimg.cn/m/6/info_4687_2.jpg" border=0></P><P align=center>荔枝 </P><P><STRONG>蜜柚</STRONG> <BR> 莆田蜜柚，又名度尾“文旦柚”，属食膳双宜的美味佳果，曾被清朝列为贡品，果实品质优良，气味芬香，肉嫩汁醇，甜酸适度，口感好，风味独特，原国家主席李先念品尝后称它是“无籽蜜柚”。</P><P align=center><IMG alt="" 莆田市选用优质木材和采取精湛工艺制作的碗、碟、盘、杯、钵、盂、花盆套等150多个花色品种的传统木质漆器，造型雅致玲珑，色泽光滑明丽，既为日用品，又是工艺品。漆木碗用料考究，制作精细。在漆艺上，有传统的“红退光”、“黑退光”，色亮如镜，聚光照影；有“退光贴花” 、“漆内描图”，摸之无痕，视之有景；有“生漆擦”、“透明擦”，木纹清晰，美于天然。漆木碗的品种已有“青石朱里碗”、“透明暗花鸳鸯碗”、“金珠盖碗”等20余种。漆木碗为陈设、旅游和食具之佳品，不但造型雅，质地优良，色彩明丽，纯朴美观，而且具有无味、无毒、坚固耐用、不脱漆等特点。盛沸水不烫，装酸碱不蚀，是驰名中外的上乘食具。陈列于厅室，正看圆如一轮满月，侧视妙似半颗珍珠，是可供欣赏的工艺美术品。同时，漆木碗高不盈三寸，薄不过三分，旅途携带，十分轻便。</P><P 桂圆干富于营养，具有养血安神、补心益脾等功效，是体虚贫血产后养身的滋补佳品，用优良品种“乌龙岭”焙制成的桂圆干，尤为名贵。兴化桂圆干按照龙眼品种规格大小不同，有“三元”、“四元”、“五元”、“中元”和“砂仔”之别。</P><P align=center><IMG alt="" src="https://p1.cncnimg.cn/m/6/info_4687_6.jpg" border=0></P><P align=center>兴化桂圆干</P><P><BR><STRONG>蔗糖</STRONG> <BR> 莆仙自古就是著名的“甘蔗之乡”。甘蔗种植的历史可上溯到700多年前的南宋时期。到明朝中叶，甘蔗种植和蔗糖生产有些发展，糖类产品已行销江浙各地。但直到本世纪40年代，还处于比较落后的状态，种植的甘蔗是老品种，产量和出糖率都很低，土作坊中生产的是板糖、红砂糖和少量白糖。 <BR> 50年代后，人民政府重视蔗糖生产，积极扶持和鼓励农民种蔗。1983年建市以后，市政府采取得力措施，促使甘蔗种植面积不断扩大，单产不断提高，推动制糖工业发展。1983年，仙游县龙华公社建华大队荣获“全国甘蔗生产先进单位”称号。1985年，全市甘蔗种植面积达22.6万亩，甘蔗总产量126万吨，榨季生产食糖14.1万吨，为历史最好时期。被誉为福建“糖仓”之一。 </P><P><STRONG>冰糖</STRONG> <BR> 冰糖是蔗糖加上蛋白质原料配方，经蒸汽煮炼和静止结晶而成。冰糖晶莹透亮，香甜可口，具有润喉清心，祛烦消渴的功效，是食用佳品。 <BR> 古时，仙游民间就用土灶、大锅煮炼冰糖。产品远销江浙各地，中华人民共和国成立前夕，光仙游就有30多家私人冰糖作坊，年总产100多吨，中华人民共和国成立后，冰糖生产发展较快，1956年以来，人民政府注意发挥蔗乡优势，发展冰糖生产，不断进行技术革新和设备改造，逐步提高产品质量。仙游食品厂生产的冰糖，无论是产量还是质量，在省内同行业中都居首位。仙游出产的冰糖大量销往上海、江西、浙江、安徽、山东、湖南、河北、江苏等地。仅上海市的年销量就达1000吨。 <BR> 1972年以后，仙游冰糖生产又有新的突破。双灯牌单晶体冰糖成为出口产品，销往新加坡、也门各国。 <BR> 仙游综合食品厂生产的“鲤城牌冰糖”及“鲤城牌单晶冰糖”，1985年荣获部优产品称号。1988年全市冰糖产量7411吨，其中出口219吨。1989年冰糖产量下降为2946吨。 </P><P><STRONG>莆田黑猪</STRONG> <BR> 莆田黑猪是福建省地方良种之一，主要分布在常泰、黄石、笏石、灵川、梧塘、西天尾、?芦、涵江及城郊等乡(镇)。全县饲养母猪4万多头，年产仔猪50多万头(据县畜牧兽医服务站提供，1988年有防疫仔猪33万头)，输出猪苗达20万头以上，畅销省内各地，是福建省主要的母猪基地。 <BR> 黑猪具有适应性强，耐粗饲料，生长快，出肉率高，肉质好，产仔多，母性强，抗热、抗病力强等特点。成年公猪体重350市斤，母猪体重300市斤，经产母猪一般每窝产仔10～12头，最高达15头以上。利用长白猪或杜洛克猪作父本，黑猪作母本，杂交一代具有体型大，生长快，易育肥，出肉率高，瘦肉率高，肉质好等特点。所以，以莆田黑猪作母本，是福建省利用杂种优势的一种比较理想的母本种源。</P><P 莆田黑鸭是福建省特有的蛋用黑鸭品种。据调查，灵川乡是黑鸭的摇篮地，分布在莆田市沿海及南北两洋平原地区(以城关中心的南北两片平原之俗称)，现全市饲养数量达35万只，年产鸭苗近1000万只，远销到广东、广西、江西和湖南等省(区)。主要特点，体态轻盈，行走敏捷，耐盐性，抗热性较强，适应于硬质海滩放牧，产蛋性能好，母鸭年产蛋量270～290个，平均蛋重70克左右。利用白色公鸭与莆田母鸭杂交生产的半番鸭，是肉用鸭优良品种。</P><P 黑骨鸡也叫白绒鸡、绒毛鸡或绒毛乌骨鸡。莆田县饲养历史已有700多年。全县饲养数约6万多只，年产鸡苗300万只以上，其中运销广东、广西和湖南等省(区)有250多万只。乌骨鸡经济价值很高，具有营养滋补和药用的功能，其所制乌鸡白凤丸和白凤酒，在国内外市场上极受欢迎，是出口外销的珍贵产品。<BR></P></div><div class="prenext"> <ul> <li>上一篇：<a
