εργασία εξετάζεται η πρακτική της κοσμοπλασίας (worldbuilding), η χρήση δηλαδή καλλιτεχνικών μέσων (λογοτεχνία, οπτικές τέχνες κ.α.) για την κατασκευή και παρουσίαση κόσμων. Αρχικά γίνεται μια προσπάθεια να εντοπιστούν οι θεμελιώδεις συνθετικές αρχές που διέπουν την κοσμοπλασία. Οι αρχές αυτές εξετάζονται στο context της fantasy λογοτεχνίας, ως κατεξοχήν πεδίο εφαρμογής και ανάπτυξης της συνθετικής αυτής πρακτικής. Χρησιμοποιώντας παραδείγματα από δύο από τα πιο επηρεαστικά κείμενα αυτής της παράδοσης (το Σιλμαρίλλιον του J. R. R. Tolkien και το έπος της Γαιοθάλασσας της U. K. Le Guin), η εργασία αποσκοπεί να σκιαγραφηθούν εκείνες οι πλευρές που αποδίδουν στα έργα μια συγκεκριμένη «κοσμικότητα» (worldness), καθώς και οι συνθετικές αρχές που τις παράγουν. Στην παρούσα έρευνα υποστηρίζεται πως η κατασκευή κόσμων μπορεί να εννοηθεί ως μια συνθετική πρακτική που εμφυσά σε κατασκευασμένα σύνολα σαφείς εννοιολογικές συσχετίσεις και νοηματοδοτικές σχέσεις, οι οποίες δημιουργούν με το κοινό μια σχέση κατοίκησης. Με την ανάλυση των δύο παραδειγμάτων, επισημαίνεται ότι η κατανόηση αυτών των νοηματοδοτικών πλαισίων εκφράζεται μέσα από συνθετικά σύνολα (θεματικές σχέσεις, χωρικές διαμορφώσεις, μοτίβα αφηγηματικά και μη ...). Η κοσμοπλασία, ιδωμένη ως χτίσιμο ενός περιβάλλοντος βάσει κάποιων ιδεών και επανεξέταση αυτών σύμφωνα με τα συμπεράσματα που προκύπτουν από την κατοίκηση του εν λόγω περιβάλλοντος, αναδεικνύεται ως class="ds-related-work--abstract ds2-5-body-sm">Το σχολικό εγχειρίδιο αποτελεί ένα από τα βασικότερα διδακτικά μέσα που χρησιμοποιείται στα πλαίσια της διδακτικής όχι μόνο των Φυσικών Επιστημών, αλλά γενικότερα του συνόλου της σχολικής γνώσης. Στην παρούσα έρευνα αναλύουμε επιλεγμένα τμήματα από δύο σχολικά εγχειρίδια φυσικής, της Β΄ Γυμνασίου και της Α΄ Λυκείου. Σκοπός της μελέτης αποτελεί η ανάδειξη και η ανάλυση των βασικών χαρακτηριστικών που χρησιμοποιούνται στα παραπάνω εγχειρίδια για να αναπλαισιώσουν τη φυσικο-επιστημονική γνώση στη σχολική της εκδοχή. Η ανάλυση των εγχειριδίων επιχειρείται ξεχωριστά σε κάθε σημειωτικό σύστημα επικοινωνίας τους δηλαδή, στους τομείς του γραπτού κειμένου, της εικονογράφησης και της σύνθεσης της σελίδας. Βασίζεται σ’ ένα επιστημονικο-μεθοδολογικό πλαίσιο ανάλυσης, το οποίο χρησιμοποιεί τις θεωρητικές έννοιες της ταξινόμησης και της περιχάραξης. Από την ανάλυση περιεχομένου που πραγματοποιήθηκε προκύπτει ότι και τα δύο σχολικά εγχειρίδια φυσικής περιέχουν γραπτά κείμενα με πολύ υψηλό βαθμό επιστημονικής εξειδίκευσης τα οποία στην πλειοψηφία τους εντάσσονται στην κατηγορία «αναφορές». Η τυπικότητα του γλωσσικού κώδικα είναι μέτρια και η περιχάραξη του χαλαρή. Από τα αποτελέσματα αυτά αναδεικνύεται ότι ο γραπτός λόγος των δύο σχολικών εγχειριδίων ανήκει στην πλειονότητά του στο «μεταφορικό» πεδίο πρακτικής. Την ανάγκη προστασίας του καταναλωτή εντός μίας ενιαίας ανοιχτής στο εμπόριο και στις συναλλαγές ευρωπαϊκής αγοράς, στην οποία όμως εφαρμόζονταν διαφορετικά εθνικά δίκαια και διαφορετικοί κανόνες στις συναλλαγές μεταξύ εμπόρων αλλά και μεταξύ εμπόρων και καταναλωτών. Ως φυσικό επακόλουθο της ανάγκης αυτής δημιουργήθηκε το δίκαιο του καταναλωτή, με το οποίο, μέσω των πρωτογενών και δευτερογενών ενωσιακών κανόνων, αφενός αμβλύνθηκαν οι αντιθέσεις και οι διαφορετικές ρυθμίσεις μεταξύ των εθνικών διατάξεων, αφετέρου εισήχθησαν κοινοί κανόνες τόσο για την προστασία των καταναλωτών, όσο και για τις διασυνοριακές συναλλαγές εντός της Ε.Ε. Τμήμα του δικαίου του καταναλωτή αποτελούν και οι συμβάσεις εξ’ αποστάσεως και περαιτέρω το ηλεκτρονικό εμπόριο. H παρούσα μελέτη χωρίζεται σε δύο κύρια κεφάλαια. Πριν την ανάπτυξη των δύο κεφαλαίων επιχειρείται μία συνοπτική παρουσίαση του ιστορικού πλαισίου αλλά και της θεμελίωσης της προστασίας του καταναλωτή μέσα από τις Συνθήκες της Ε.Ε. Περαιτέρω, στο πρώτο κεφάλαιο εξετάζονται οι συμβάσεις εξ αποστάσεως υπό το πρίσμα των δικαιωμάτων και της προστασίας του καταναλωτή. Aναπτύσσεται συνοπτικά το γενικότερο νομικό πλαίσιο της προστασίας του καταναλωτή σε σχέση με τις συμβάσεις εξ αποστάσεως και πώς εφαρμόζονται σε αυτές οι γενικές διατάξεις, ιδίως αναφορικά με τους Γενικούς Όρους Συναλλαγών, τις αθέμιτες εμπορικές πρακτικές, την παραπλανητική διαφήμιση, τις εγγυήσεις και τα ελαττώματα των προϊόντων. Εν συνεχεία εξειδικεύεται το ευρωπαϊκό και εθνικό νομικό πλαίσιο των συμβάσεων εξ αποστάσεως, σχετικά με τους ορισμούς και το πεδίο εφαρμογής τους, τις υποχρεώσεις του εμπόρου, τις τυπικές απαιτήσεις που πρέπει να πληρούν οι συμβάσεις και τα δικαιώματα του καταναλωτή. Στο πλαίσιο αυτό αναλύεται και η Οδηγία (ΕΕ) 2019/2161 που τροποποίησε την Οδηγία 2011/83/ΕΕ, καίτοι δεν έχει ακόμη ενσωματωθεί στο εθνικό δίκαιο. Στο δεύτερο κεφάλαιο εξετάζεται το νομικό πλαίσιο του ηλεκτρονικού εμπορίου, η Οδηγία 2000/31/ΕΚ και το Π.Δ. 131/2003 που ενσωμάτωσε την Οδηγία στο εθνικό δίκαιο, αναλύοντας τα ειδικότερα ζητήματα που ρυθμίζονται σε σχέση με την Οδηγία 2011/83/ΕΕ, δεδομένου ότι οι ηλεκτρονικές συναλλαγές και το ηλεκτρονικό εμπόριο εμπίπτουν στο πεδίο των συμβάσεων εξ αποστάσεως.</p><div διπλωματική εργασία ερευνά μια νέα πιθανή μέθοδο μέτρησης της μαγνητικής επιδεκτικότητας των υλικών. Βασίζεται σε ένα πείραμα το οποίο, χρησιμοποιώντας κατάλληλη διάταξη, στοχεύει στη μέτρηση της μαγνητικής επιδεκτικότητας σφαιρικών δειγμάτων, που περιέχουν σκόνη μαγνητίτη, σε ρευστό περιβάλλον. Πέρα από αυτή τη βασική λειτουργία, γνωρίζοντας τη μαγνητική επιδεκτικότητα των δειγμάτων, υπάρχει δυνατότητα υπολογισμού του ιξώδους ενός άγνωστου ρευστού μετά την εφαρμογή του στο πείραμα. Επιπλέον, γνωρίζοντας τη μαγνητική επιδεκτικότητα του δείγματος, το ιξώδες του ρευστού και την ακτίνα των κόκκων του μαγνητίτη, υπάρχει δυνατότητα υπολογισμού του πλήθους των κόκκων του εντός του δείγματος. Η διάταξη που προτείνεται είναι απλούστερη, λιγότερο κοστοβόρα από τα καθιερωμένα όργανα μέτρησης μαγνητικής επιδεκτικότητας που είναι διαθέσιμα στα εργαστήρια και έχει τη δυνατότητα μέτρησης τριών διαφορετικών μεγεθών. Ο υπολογισμός της μαγνητικής επιδεκτικότητας διαμέσω του πειράματος πραγματοποιείται λαμβάνοντας μετρήσεις τη στιγμή της εξίσωσης δύο δυνάμεων που ασκούνται στο δείγμα: της δύναμης Stokes που ασκείται από τη ροή του ρευστού και της μαγνητικής δύναμης FMag που ασκείται από το μαγνητικό πεδίο ενός πηνίου. Προσομοιώσεις του μαγνητικού πεδίου πραγματοποιούνται με την υπολογιστική εφαρμογή ANSYS. Η μέτρηση της μαγνητικής επιδεκτικότητας των σφαιρικών δειγμάτων πραγματοποιείται και μέσω VSM. Οι πειραματικές μετρήσεις αναλύονται ώστε να κατασκευαστούν τα κατάλληλα διαγράμματα. Οι εξαγόμενες από το πείραμα τιμές μαγνητικής επιδεκτικότητας συγκρίνονται με τις αντίστοιχες που μετρήθηκαν μέσω VSM. Ακόμα, μετρήσεις ιξώδους διαφόρων ρευστών συγκρίνονται με τις αντίστοιχες βιβλιογραφικές τιμές τους. Οι συγκρίσεις δείχνουν πως η διάταξη υπολογίζει με σχετική ακρίβεια τις ζητούμενες ποσότητες.
