Those employees included in the recruitment process, such as (but not limited to) hiring managers and employees in the Human Resources department, will have access to the information provided in your application, including supporting documents such as your CV and covering letter, through MBGP’s Human Resources management system. The third party provider will only process your personal data on our documented instructions, for example, if they need to access live data to fix any technical errors in the platform.</p><p><b>Recruitment agencies and screening providers</b></p><p>MBGP may share your personal data with recruitment agencies, outsourcing providers and testing providers (“<b>Recruitment Provider(s)</b>”), which are engaged by MBGP to source suitable candidates for MBGP’s vacancies. This allows MBGP to deal effectively with candidates during the recruitment process of shortlisting, interview and offer. MBGP will share any personal data with a Recruitment Provider that is necessary to enable both MBGP and the Recruitment Provider to fulfil their roles within the recruitment process. For successful candidates, MBGP use an external provider to conduct pre-employment screenings and background checks (references, qualification checks, searches of your public online activity etc). MBGP will provide details of your email address, and relevant employment details such as start date to enable them to contact you to start the screening process. </p><p><b>Medical/occupational health professionals</b></p><p>MBGP may share information provided by a candidate for a request for adjustments to the recruitment process as a result of an underlying medical condition/disability with medical/occupational health professionals to enable MBGP to identify what, if any, adjustments are needed in the recruitment process and, if successful, subsequent employment. MBGP may also share details of disclosed medical conditions and/or answers to pre-employment health questionnaires with medical/occupational health professionals to seek a medical report about you to enable MBGP to assess your fitness for the job and whether any adjustments are needed once you become employed. This information may also be used by the medical/occupational health professionals to carry out assessments required by health and safety legislation. </p><p><b>Professional advisors</b></p><p>MBGP may share your personal data that is relevant, where appropriate, with legal/other professional advisors, to obtain advice about matters relating to a candidate e.g. immigration status or if necessary to deal with a legal dispute. </p><p><b>Home office</b></p><p>MBGP may share your right to work documentation with the Home Office, to enable MBGP to verify the right to work in the UK. </p><p><b><u>How long will MBGP retain your personal data for?</u></b></p><p>MBGP will keep personal data collected throughout the recruitment process for a period of 12 months from the date of your application.</p><p>If your application is successful, and you subsequently commence work with MBGP, you will be given access to the Employee Privacy Notice which will explain how MBGP continue to process information that MBGP hold about you in MBGP’s capacity as your employer whilst employed by MBGP and after they have ceased to be employed.</p><p>If you are not successful in your application, your personal data will be retained for a maximum of 18 months from the date of the last job application. To activate these Buttons you must click on them. Once they have been clicked they will remain active until they are deactivated by your or you delete your cookies.
