class="story__body soft--top"> <p>کابل: افغانستان سے نیٹو کے انخلاء کے بعد رواں سال پہلے چھ ماہ میں افغان شہریوں کی ہلاکتوں میں ریکارڈ اضافہ ہوا ہے۔</p><p>خبر رساں ادارے اے ایف پی کے مطابق اقوام متحدہ کی جاری رپورٹ میں کہا گیا ہے کہ رواں سال کے پہلے چھ ماہ میں ہلاک و زخمی ہونے والے شہریوں کی تعداد میں گذشتہ سال اسی عرصے کے مقابلے میں ایک فیصد کا اضافہ ہوا ہے۔</p><p>اقوام متحدہ مشن برائے افغانستان (یو این اے ایم اے) رپورٹ کے مطابق گذشتہ سال 1592 شہری ہلاک اور 3329 شہری زخمی ہوئے۔</p><p>جاری کیے جانے والے اعدادوشمار کے مطابق شہریوں کی ہلاکت میں 6 فیصد کمی آئی ہے جبکہ زخمیوں کی تعداد میں 4 فیصد اضافہ ہوا ہے۔</p><p>زمینی لڑائی میں ہلاک ہونے والوں کی تعداد دھماکوں کے باعث ہلاک ہونے والوں سے زیادہ ہے جبکہ خواتین اور بچوں کی ہلاکتوں میں اضافہ ہوا ہے۔</p><p>شہریوں کی 70 فیصد ہلاکتیں حکومت مخالف عناصر حملوں میں ہوئی ہیں۔</p><p>خواتین کی ہلاکتوں میں اضافہ 23 فیصد جبکہ بچوں کی ہلاکتیں 13 فیصد تک بڑھی ہے جو کہ فائرنگ کے تبادلوں میں ہلاک ہوئے ہیں۔</p><p>یو این اے ایم اے کے چیف نیکولاس ہایسم کا کہنا تھا کہ شہریوں کی ہلاکت کے اعدادشمار کے مطابق افغانستان میں تشدد میں کمی نہیں آئی ہے۔</p><p>خیال رہے کہ حال ہی میں طالبان کے بانی رہنما ملا عمر کی ہلاکت کی خبروں کے بعد افغان امن مذاکراتی عمل تعطل کا شکار ہوگیا ہے جس کی نگرانی امریکا اور چین کی جانب سے کی جارہی تھی جبکہ پاکستان اس مذاکراتی عمل کو مدد فراہم کررہا تھا۔</p><p>یاد رہے کہ گذشتہ سال دسمبر میں نیٹو افواج کا افغانستان سے انخلاء مکمل ہوا تھا جبکہ امریکا کی 10 ہزار فوج مقامی افواج کی ٹرینگ کے لیے افغانستان میں موجود ہے۔</p><p>طالبان نے رواں سال اپریل میں افغان حکومت کے خلاف موسم گرما کی کارروائیوں کا اعلان کیا تھا جس کے بعد افغانستان کے بیشتر علاقوں میں افغان فوجوں کو طالبان کی جانب سے شدید مزاہمت کا سامنا ہے اور اس میں اب تک سینکٹروں فوجی ہلاک اور زخمی ہوچکے ہیں۔</p> </div> <div class="push-half--ends cf"> <div
