Fellows will experience their apologetic being sharpened and a broadening of their evangelistic potential within a post-Christian elite culture. We desire to see fellows graduate from our program and become Chi Alpha Directors and staff at one of the hundreds of unreached campuses in New England or become a foreign missionary who has been well-trained to enter a new cultural context. Missionaries moving to Europe without previous campus ministry experience would benefit from our program.</p><p class="" style="white-space:pre-wrap;">As a fellow, you will work alongside our staff team in campus outreach, small group discipleship, and sharing Christ’s love to our University. It is much like an apprenticeship in which ministry skills are learned under the supervision of an experienced campus ministry staff person. This program is specifically designed to develop your character, intellect, and ministry skills.</p><p style="margin-left:40px;white-space:pre-wrap;" class=""><em>CHARACTER</em>: The internship year is a great opportunity to grow and allow God to refine your character as you work and learn.
