administer Provincial General Elections, By-elections, Referendums and Plebiscites.  We help on Municipal Elections as we are hired by five municipalities to administer their elections and by-elections along with the School Board Elections on PEI.  Elections PEI does not administer the federal elections, however, our office collaborates with Elections Canada and the other Electoral Management Bodies from across Canada on election initiatives.<br> <br> Elections PEI is pleased to launch two new videos as a learning tool for you and your students learning from home. These two videos are a terrific tools to help you understand the three levels of government and how they affect and influence our daily routines.</p> <p>The first video, "The Three Levels of Government", explains the differences between Municipal, Provincial and Federal Governments. This video explains the differences in the three levels of government's powers and responsibilities. The second video, "The Three Levels of Elections", explains how elections work in the three levels of government. It is a behind the scenes look at the elections processes and who is allowed to vote.
