I've dealt with a number of clients who are gravely worried of their SEO and through Moz Keyword Ranker, it enabled to keep track of keywords over a long time span.</p> <p><strong>CONS:</strong> The sad part is, Moz Pro recently made an announcement of stopping their social media integration within their software. I've been using that in monitoring social media traffic. I'm also using it to report on-site traffic extracted from social media. It delivers accurate and easy to understand results not just in the app but also to your email. I always use the keyword research tool and what it does is give me similar or relevant topics related to my keyword, provide me latest ranking updates with "comments" if you improved or lowered in rank, give me suggestions to improve performance, and enumerate to me issues that can be improved during a site crawl. Moz also continues to bring new features during updates while also maintaining its simple design. What's more, it provides a certain number of keywords for you to track and more with. The issue here is that not all sites are made equally. It's perfect for anyone managing a number of accounts and clients. This tool helped me gain insight on certain site traffic, acquisition of traffic, and SEO rankings. I've dealt with a number of clients who are gravely worried of their SEO and through Moz Keyword Ranker, it enabled to keep track of keywords over a long time span.</p> <p><strong>CONS:</strong> The sad part is, Moz Pro recently made an announcement of stopping their social media integration within their software. I've been using that in monitoring social media traffic. I'm also using it to report on-site traffic extracted from social media. It offers ongoing awareness of performance according to our efforts. We've been using reports or drive further work where it's required most. Having news related to the industry as well as expert advise is fantastic.</p> <p><strong>CONS:</strong> Making additional payment for every significant API appears to be a drag. Its $500 monthly charge for anything beyond simple data requests lets us decide as whether to settle for an e-mail scraper or not. I'm confident large-volume APIs are essential for websites. I love how they're drawn back to using SEO as their primary area of concentration. The latest site crawl functionality is awesome. But I feel there are other worthy options for that. </p> <p><strong>CONS:</strong> Rank tracker badly requires a refresh. You're only limited to tracking 50 keywords at a time. That would largely depend on the plan that you're in. The chrome extension can be buggy at times. We often use that UI in capturing screenshots and including them in client reporting. Before, I'd have to resort to reformatting or re-making certain basic visual data to get something polished so they can be client-facin. In addition, I love how they were able to wrap Local Search tools within the main platform.</p> <p><strong>CONS:</strong> I personally feel that the campaigns at the lower tier can be a bit wanting. While such packages are made for smaller businesses, having only five campaigns is severely limiting. I felt that the keyword limit for every campaign should be a bit higher. Probably nothing. We recently started with Moz and we've already fixed a number of issues on our site! Thanks largely to its page SEO graders and crawl reports. </p> <p><strong>CONS:</strong> It so happens their backlink analysis isn't as thorough compared to other tools in the market. It appears that we're not getting much links with Moz. But then again, that's not really our main concern. Then including them and monitoring the results and how pages are moving with suck keyword that are ranking. Analytics and results offered by Moz are comprehensive and a big help.
