The Parties each unequivocally agree to resolve any claim, dispute, or controversy (excluding claims for injunctive relief) arising out of, in connection with, or relating to this Agreement through binding arbitration by the American ArbitrationAssociation (“AAA”) under the Commercial Arbitration Rules then in effect for the AAA, except as provided herein.
