This prevents unexpected downtime, keeps refueling lines moving smoothly, and ensures a better customer experience.</p> <p>Another main problem is <strong>water contamination in fuel tanks</strong> that can damage equipment, harm vehicles, and lead to non-compliance with industry regulations. omis can connect with sensors in fuel tanks to detect water contamination in real-time, alerting staff before the issue escalates. This reduces the risk of equipment damage, improves fuel quality, and ensures compliance with environmental and safety standards.</p> <p>Next, <strong>running out of paper in payment terminals</strong> can cause operational delays and lead to poor customer service. omis monitors paper levels in OPTs, sending early alerts when paper supplies are low to ensure they are replaced before running out. This ensures continuous operation of payment terminals, avoids service disruptions, and enhances customer satisfaction.</p> <p>Another challenge concerning payment are <strong>faulty card readers in payment terminals</strong> which can result in lost transactions, revenue loss, and frustrated customers. omis tracks the operational status of card readers in OPTs and sends immediate alerts if a malfunction is detected. Revenue loss is minimized, quick resolution of issues is ensured, and customer experience is improved by keeping payment terminals fully functional.</p> <p>A huge problem for operators is <strong>downtime of high-revenue equipment like car washes and coffee machines</strong> leading to lost sales and customer dissatisfaction. omis monitors the performance of car washes and coffee machines, providing real-time data on downtime and performance trends, along with alerts when issues arise.
