href="https://index.mysteel.com/xpic/detail.html?tabName=guimen">硅锰行情</a>趋稳，现货市场倒挂明显，货权逐步集中，港口矿商主动性有所提高，报价积极上调，主流矿低价成交减少，南非高铁经历一番超跌后，本周报价上涨2-3元/吨度，实际成交也跟进了1元/吨度以上，<a href="https://tianjin.mysteel.com/">天津</a>港主流趋向澳块43.5元/吨度，加蓬40.5元/吨度，半碳酸34-34.5元/吨度，南非高铁32-34元/吨度。</p> <p>外盘方面，本周South32发布对华2月装船报价：高品澳块5.81美元/吨度（降0.09）高品澳籽5.55美元/吨度（降0.09）。价格上来看贴近目前市场主流价格，给到国内矿商盈利空间较小，其他矿山目前在圣诞假期中，预计节后发布价格回调空间也不大。</p> <p>下游硅锰，本周日均产量25567吨，增227吨，再度上浮，临近年末，全行业生产积极性都表现不弱，但年底钢招采购意愿不强，整体需求尚未展开，厂家挺价情绪较浓，零散钢招定在8300元/吨上下，整体表现不弱。</p> <p>综合来看，锰矿近期也是持续压抑之后的小幅反弹，但依然属于盘整态势，下游预期并不理想，节后市场受<a href="https://index.mysteel.com/xpic/detail.html?tabName=guimen">硅锰行情</a>影响较重，好在不少矿商已经清空手上库存，整体抗跌能力不弱。</p> <p>【硅锰】国内硅锰本周表现前高后低，市场报价混乱周前期报价一度受期货带动冲至8200一线，南北均站上8000大关，主因受北方发布主动限产公告，市场信心攀升，而周后期市场流传1月内蒙宁夏等主产区电费调整新闻，使得期货盘面波动剧烈，再次下滑至8000一线，市场零售成交回落至8000下，而1月钢招北方暂未展开，南方小幅开启，环比上月表现尚可，接近8300一线，整体开工仍呈现北高南低，开工率（产能利用率）全国58.47%，较上周增1.35%；日均产量25567吨，增227吨。港口锰矿表现一般，但由于厂家也有备货需求，询盘尚可，成交价格暂未大幅走高，硅锰整体维持盘整格局，上下较为纠结。</p> <p>锰矿方面，本周由于合金端价格盘整运行，各方对于后期走势略迷惘，也不愿多订锰矿，但随着时间推移，厂家端也会在1月上旬前补充自身锰矿库存，对于价格较为纠结，主因目前合金利润已回归至500内，高电费地区仍需从锰矿等其他成本入手来赚取利润，整体处于询盘多于实际成交阶段。</p> <p>综合来看，元旦后硅锰合金进入北方钢招期，从定价趋势来看，可能略低于南方及<a href="https://huadong.mysteel.com/">华东</a>价格，而从节前定价来看，南方8300附近价格略好于12月价格，而北方钢厂节后采购虽给予厂家端一定压力，但从需求量来看，应该好于预期，主因2021年整体北方粗钢减产完成不错，1月进入新的周期，以及冬奥会减停执行可能不及预期，叠加冬储量的上抬，整体采价环比12月应该有小幅的抬升，但从期货表现来看，可能略影响现货走势，整体节后成交好转，但实际成交价格仍会低于8000一线，1月钢招价格站上8000及以上位置可期。</p> href="https://thj.mysteel.com/gui/index.html">硅铁</a>市场震荡运行，期货盘面波动，现货随盘面小幅上探，市场低价货源减少，部分钢厂开始入场采购，市场成交情况一般，高价成交艰难。截止至周五，市场主流72<a href="https://thj.mysteel.com/gui/index.html">硅铁</a>自然块报价8100-8200元/吨现金出厂，合格块报价8300-8400元/吨现金出厂，75<a href="https://thj.mysteel.com/gui/index.html">硅铁</a>报价8800-9000元/吨出厂，下游观望为主，等待北方主流钢厂定价。</p> <p>钢厂方面，北方主流钢厂稍微入场，仅个别钢厂在元旦前完成采购，招标价格在8500-8650元/吨不等，南方钢厂由于运距原因招标价格略高，招标价格基本维持在8700-8800元/吨之间，钢招价格基本定型，节后若期货盘面继续向弱，<a href="https://huadong.mysteel.com/">华东</a>区域钢厂招标价格可能会趋近于8500-8600元/吨。</p> <p>厂家方面，宁夏区域厂家预计将会在元旦之后陆续复产，据市场消息传个别厂家将于今天晚上开始复产，元旦之后<a href="https://thj.mysteel.com/gui/index.html">硅铁</a>开工呈现上升趋势，本周（12.31）<a href='https://m.mysteel.com/' target='_blank' style='color:#3861ab'>Mysteel</a>统计全国136家独立<a href="https://thj.mysteel.com/gui/index.html">硅铁</a>企业样本：开工率（产能利用率）全国46.12%，日均产量15239吨。全国<a href="https://thj.mysteel.com/gui/index.html">硅铁</a>市场以稳定为主，元旦之后钢厂招标，市场多围绕钢厂进行，供应商备货，成交活跃度增加，但是宁夏复产也将会对现货市场造成一定的影响，钢厂复产也会使得钢厂需求增多，供需双方博弈，下周<a <p>【钒】本周钒市整体保持弱稳态势承压运行，从原料端到合金端产品价格有小幅松动迹象出现。周初归来各大钢厂陆续招标定价，钒氮合金招标定价基调围绕承兑18.8-19万元/吨展开，较上周钢招价格小幅回调0.2-0.3万元/吨；钒铁钢招价格维稳在承兑12.7-12.85万元/吨左右。在钢招密集开展的氛围下，部分贸易商询单采购积极性也有所提升，但“高不成低不就”的僵持局面尚且难以打破，实际成交情况较为冷清，年底市场整体观望氛围浓郁，各方操作愈发谨慎。</p> <p>从原料端来看，本周五氧化二钒市场价格出现小幅波动，临近年底，部分企业回笼资金心态显现，叠加月中大厂签单后已经开始陆续发货以及合金端需求有所减弱等几重影响下，本周部分企业主流现金报价在12.5万元/吨左右，较上周价格小幅下调0.2万元/吨左右。据市场反馈，近期原料需求较弱，整体询单成交情况清冷，有少量成交价格在12.35-12.4万元/吨。钒酸铵市场受钒市整体影响，成交价格小幅回落，在12万元/吨左右。</p> <p>从钒铁市场来看，本周钒铁贸易企业主流现金报价在12.6-12.7万元/吨，在片钒较高成本的支撑下，生产厂家报价坚守情绪浓厚，报价多在现金13.3-13.5万元/吨。据市场反馈，本周市场需求弱势尚存，贸易商询单欲压价至12.4万元/吨左右，实单成交难以推进，高位成交稀少。本周陆续有钢厂发布招标计划，后市需求或将有所回升，近期市场仍以观望为主。</p> <p>从钒氮合金市场来看，周初<a href="https://henan.mysteel.com/">河南</a>某钢厂定价现金18.65万元/吨拉开本周钢招序幕，后续钢招定价主要围绕在承兑18.9-19万元/吨，价格走势较为稳定。部分贸易商继续以背靠背模式进场采购，询单价格在18.3-18.5万元/吨上下，成交难度加大。1月新兴铸管、阳春钢铁、<a href="https://wuhan.mysteel.com/">武汉</a>钢铁、曲靖呈钢、沙钢、<a href="https://anyang.mysteel.com/">安阳</a>永兴、涟源钢铁等钢厂也将陆续招标定价，市场观望氛围不减。</p> <p>据Mysteel不完全统计，本周钒氮合金招标数量在1357吨左右，部分钢厂已经陆续开始冬储计划，市场资源也在加速消耗。据市场负反馈来看，钒市整体挺价心态尚存，部分钒铁企业倒挂，钒氮合金迫近成本，后续市场压价难度也在逐渐增强，原料采买亦或是合金定价或将继续维稳运行。</p> <p><img alt=""
