Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki gave his cabinet 100 days to improve the delivery of services and also promised more work opportunities for young Iraqis.</p> <p>A year on, however, few improvements are اليوم الجمعة، في ثاني تظاهرة تشهدها ساحة التحرير للمطالبة بالإصلاح والتغيير وإسقاط حكومة المالكي. وقال شهود عيان إن العشرات من أهالي العاصمة بغداد خرجوا، صباح اليوم، في تظاهرة سلمية في ساحة التحرير، للمطالبة بإجراء الإصلاحات الحكومية والتغيير وإسقاط حكومة نوري المالكي. وأضافوا أن المتظاهرين رددوا شعارات "جمعة ورى جمعة المالكي أنطلعه" و "جمعة ورى جمعة الفاسد أنطلعه". وكان العشرات من أهالي العاصمة بغداد تظاهروا، اليوم الجمعة، تأييدا لقرار حكم الإعدام شنقا حتى الموت ضد المدانين بحادثة عرس الدجيل، فيما رددوا شعارات تشيد بالقضاء العراقي وتندد بحزب البعث المنحل. وتأتي تظاهرات اليوم والجمعة الماضية، بعد انقضاء مهلة المائة يوم التي حددها نوري المالكي لتحسين عمل الوزارات والمؤسسات الحكومية وتطوير الخدمات في البلاد على خلفية التظاهرات التي اجتاحت المدن العراقية مطالبة بتوفير الخدمات ومحاربة الفساد والقضاء على البطالة.</p> <p><strong>قوة أمنية تعتقل ثلاثة ناشطين سياسيين شباب خلال تظاهرة وسط الناصرية </strong></p> <p>كشفت مصادر سياسية في محافظة ذي قار، بان قوة أمنية اعتقلت صباح اليوم الجمعة ثلاثة من شباب حركة شباط الشبابية خلال تظاهرة وسط الناصرية. وقالت المصادر التي فضلت عدم الكشف عنها بالأسم، إن "قوة من شرطة ذي قار اعتقلت، صباح اليوم، ثلاثة شبان من تجمع شباب شباط خلال مشاركتهم في تظاهرة تطالب بالإصلاح في ساحة الحبوبي وسط مدينة الناصرية"، مبينة أن "المعتقلين هم حسين كريم وصفاء سعد واحمد رمزي". وأضافت المصادر أن "القوة اقتادت المعتقلين معها، من دون معرفة اسباب الاعتقال".</p> </p></div> <p><strong><span style="font-size: 1.5em"><font color="#800000">الاخبار الامنية </font></span></strong></p> <p><strong>ثاني حادث من نوعه خلال يوم واحد..مقتل مدني بهجوم مسلح غرب الموصل </strong></p> <p>قالت مصادر أمنية في شرطة محافظة نينوى، اليوم الجمعة، بأن مدنيا قتل في هجوم مسلح نفذه مجهولون غرب الموصل، في ثاني حادث من نوعه في أقل من 12 ساعة. وأضافت المصادر إن "مسلحين مجهولين يستقلون سيارة حديثة أطلقوا، صباح اليوم، النار من أسلحة رشاشة باتجاه احد المدنيين بالقرب من منزله في منطقة حي اليرموك، غرب الموصل، مما أسفر عن مقتله في الحال". وتابعت المصادر أن "قوة أمنية فرضت طوقا امنيا على مكان الحادث، ونقلت جثة القتيل إلى دائرة الطب العدلي، فيما فتحت تحقيقا لمعرفة ملابسات الحادث والجهة التي تقف وراءه". وشهدت مدينة الموصل ليلة أمس الخميس، إصابة أحد أعضاء مجلس قضاء الموصل بانفجار عبوة ناسفة شرق المدينة، فيما قتل مدني بهجوم مسلح نفذه مجهولون في سوق للخضار غرب الموصل، كما قتل مدني آخر بهجوم مسلح في منطقة تل الرمان غرب الموصل.</p> <p><strong>مقتل عنصر شرطة وإصابة ثلاثة آخرين بانفجار سيارة مفخخة شمال شرق الفلوجة</strong> </p> <p>قالت مصادر أمنية في شرطة محافظة الأنبار، بأن احد عناصر الشرطة قتل وأصيب ثلاثة آخرون بانفجار سيارة مفخخة استهدفت نقطة تفتيش تابعة للشرطة شمال شرق الفلوجة. وأضافت المصادر التي فضلت عدم الكشف عنها بالاسم إن "سيارة مفخخة كانت مركونة بالقرب من نقطة تفتيش تابعة للشرطة انفجرت، في ساعة متقدمة من ليل أمس، في منطقة حي الرشاد التابعة لناحية الكرمة، شمال شرق الفلوجة، مما أسفرت عن مقتل احد عناصرها وإصابة ثلاثة آخرين بجروح متفاوتة". وتابعت المصادر أن "سيارات الاسعاف هرعت إلى منطقة الحادث ونقلت الجرحى إلى مستشفى قريب لتلقي العلاج وجثة القتيل إلى دائرة الطب العدلي، فيما </strong></p> <p>اعلن المرصد السوري لحقوق الانسان يوم الاربعاء عن جمع أسماء 453 مدنيا على الاقل قتلوا خلال ستة أسابيع تقريبا في الاحتجاجات المطالبة بالديمقراطية في سوريا. <br/>ونقلت وكالة رويترز عن مدير المرصد السوري لحقوق الانسان رامي عبد الرحمن قوله ان الاسماء المتوفرة لدى المرصد تعود لقتلى في درعا وريف ودمشق والساحل. <br/>ومن جانب اخر قال شاهد لرويترز انه رأى قافلة من 30 دبابة سورية على الاقل تتحرك على حاملات دبابات في الطريق الدائري بدمشق يوم الاربعاء. <br/>وأضاف أن الدبابات كانت قادمة من جنوب غربي دمشق في اتجاه مرتفعات الجولان الحدودية مع اسرائيل .</p> <h3><font ارهابية اغتالت اليوم ضابط برتبة ملازم اول، وهو امر احدى السيطرات في الاعظمية داخل مستشفى النعمان باسلحة كاتمة للصوت، بعد أن فشلت تلك المجموعة في قتله أمس الثلاثة. واوضح المصدر ان الضابط كان قد اصيب بصدره يوم امس الثلاثاء برصاص قناص في ساحة عنتر وتم نقله الى مستشفى النعمان لتلقي العلاج. وتابع "ولكن اليوم اقتحم ارهابيون غرفة الضابط في المستشفى وامطروه بوابل من النيران من اسلحة كاتمة للصوت كما قاموا بقتل مرافقه ايضا ولاذوا بالفرار". وأشار الى ان تحقيقا تم فتحه حول كيفية دخول الارهابيين باسلحتهم الى المستشفى من دون تفتيش وتم اعتقال حرس المستشفى للتحقيق معهم.</p> <p><b>وزارة البيشمركة تنفي وجود طلب بإقامة قواعد أمريكية دائمة في اقليم كردستان</b></p> <p>نفى الأمين العام لوزارة البيشمركة في حكومة إقليم كردستان جبار ياور ،اليوم الاربعاء،وجود أي طلب من الحكومة الإتحادية أو القوات الأمريكية بإقامة قواعد أمريكية دائمة في إلاقليم. <br/>ياور قال في تصريح صحفي"ليس هناك اي طلب من قبل الحكومة او القوات الامريكية ، لبقاء قواتها في كردستان او في المناطق المتنازع عليها ". <br/>ويدور حاليا جدل بين باحدى مقرات الجيش العراقي غرب مدينة بعقوبة اثناء استلامهم مستحقاتهم المالية مؤكداً فتح تحقيق في ملابسات ما حصل.</p> <p>وقال المصدر إن عددا من عناصر الصحوات تعرضوا الى الشتم والضرب على ايدي جنود عراقيين في مقر الفوج الاول التابع للواء 18 المرتبط بالفرقة الخامسة بالجيش العراقي المتمركز في منطقة الرازي 8كم غرب بعقوبة مبينا ان احد الضباط اشهر مسدسه ضد احد عناصر الصحوات بشكل استفزازي.وأضاف المصدر الامنية فتحت تحقيقا موسعا في ملابسات ما حصل دون إعطاء المزيد من التفاصيل.</p> <p><strong>أمرأة عراقية تأمل انصافها بعد أن قتل زوجها غدرا على يد قوات الإحتلال الأمريكية </strong></p> <p>ناشدت أمرأة عراقية تدعى (شوغيك ليون كرابيت خاجيك) كافة المسؤولين العراقيين أنصافها بعد إقدام قوات الإحتلال الأمريكي على قتل زوجها من دون أي أسباب حقيقية سوى العبث بأرواح الشعب العراقي والإستهانة بالدم العراقي. وقالت خاجيك وهي تروي قصتها المؤلمة: "بتاريخ 14/ 10/ 2005، وبينما كان زوجي يوصل أحد أصدقائه بسيارته الخاصة إلى بيته، وعندما وصلا إلى منطقة زيونة في بغداد، وجد أن الطريق كان مغلقا من قبل القوات الأمريكية المحتلة، الذي كان نصب مفرزة أمنية بالتزامن مع الإنتخابات البرلمانية التي جرت في ذلك الوقت في عموم العراق، وكان واجب هذه القوات فقط الحفاظ على الأمن". وتابعت بالقول "وقف زوجي وصديقه وهما بالسيارة في طابور طويل من المنتظرين أن تسمح لهم القوات الأمريكية المرور بالشارع، شأنه شأن عدد كبير من العراقيين الذين أضطروا للوقوف بأنتظار أن يفتح الطريق بعد مغادرة قوات الإحتلال الأمريكية المنطقة". وأشارت إلى أنه "وعلى حين غرة أصيب زوجي وهو في سيارته برصاصة قاتلة من قناص أمريكي أصابت راسه وأدت لوفاته مباشرة". وأضافت أن "كل الأوراق الرسمية الوثائق تثبت أن زوجي لم يفعل شيئا يستدعي إطلاق النار عليه بل أنه لم يخرج من سيارته أساسا، ولم يقم بفعل أي أمر قد يثير غضب الأمريكان". والأنكى (كما تقول السيدة خاجيك) أن قوات الإحتلال الأمريكية لم تفعل شيئا لمحاسبة الشخص المتورط بقتل زوجي، بل أن الموضوع أنتهى بعد قال لهم أنه آسف على ما اقترفه من ذنب كبير وهو قتل زوجي من دون أي سبب". وتساءلت "ماذا نفعل بهذا الأعتذار بعد أن فقدنا معلينا الوحيد وأين يذهب هؤلاء الأطفال الثلاثة وكيف يمكن أن يواجهوا الحياة وهم محرمون من والدهم ومعليهم الأول، خاصة أني لا أعمل". وتابعت أن القوات الأمريكية "أرسلت بعد فترة من قتل زوجي مبلغ 2500 دولار أمريكي كتعويض عن مقتله، وقد رفضنا أستلام المبلغ، وقلنا لهم نريد محاسبة الشخص الذي قتل زوجي من دون اي سبب حقيقي". وحول دور الحكومة العراقية في الموضوع قالت (خاجيك) أن "الحكومة العراقية لم تقم باي شيء من أجل أنصافنا ولم تلتفت لنا ابدا رغم كل المحاولات الحثيثة لنا من أجل دفعها لإنصافنا والوقوف إلى جانب عائلتنا التي فقدت معيلها برصاص جندي أمريكي زنجي لايعير أي أهتمام للدم العراقي الطاهر، وعندما حاولت رفع دعوة قضائية على القوات الأمريكي أخبروني أن ليس من صلاحيات المحاكم authorities should end their widening crackdown on peaceful protests in northern Iraq, Human Rights Watch said today. The authorities should hold accountable those responsible for attacking protesters and journalists in Arbil and Sulaimaniya since April 17, 2011, including opening fire on demonstrators and beating them severely, Human Rights Watch said.</p> <p>Human Rights Watch also called on Iraqi authorities in Baghdad to investigate the detention and torture of a protester, Alaa Nabil, and to charge or release more than two dozen activists held in a prison in Baghdad’s Old Muthanna Airport. Central government and Kurdistan Regional Government authorities should revoke their recent bans on unlicensed demonstrations in Sulaimaniya province and on street protests in Baghdad, Human Rights Watch said.</p> <p>"Iraqi authorities in Kurdistan and Baghdad need to rein in their security forces and protect the right to protest peacefully," said Joe Stork, deputy Middle East director at Human Rights Watch. "The Iraqi political authorities need to end their knee-jerk responses and stop banning protests, detaining demonstrators, and beating journalists."</p> <h3>Repression in Kurdistan</h3> <p>In the afternoon of April 18 in Arbil, the Kurdistan capital, dozens of armed men in civilian clothes attacked students from the Kurdistan region’s largest university, Salahadin, as they tried to hold a demonstration. Witnesses told Human Rights Watch that the assailants also attacked journalists and at least one member of parliament.</p> <p>A third-year Salahadin student told Human Rights Watch that a large group of organized assailants wearing civilian clothes attacked the protesters with brute force.</p> <p>"We chanted ‘freedom, freedom,’ and then security forces came and abolished the demonstration," the student said. "They were hitting people by knives and sticks … and arrested 23 protesters."</p> <p>The assailants beat Muhamad Kyani, a member of the Iraqi national parliament for the opposition party Goran (Change) List, and his bodyguard while they were walking away from the demonstration. "There was no violence from us, nothing happened from our side to incite them," Kyani told Human Rights Watch. "I was on my way to the car when the Asayish [the official security agency for the Kurdistan region] threw me to the ground and started to kick and beat me." Kyani had two black eyes and other minor injuries from the beating. "They just wanted to intimidate and insult me and those with me," he said. "During the beating they swore at us and called me a traitor."</p> <p>Reporters without Borders documented attacks on at least 10 journalists covering the April 18 protest. The group said assailants also detained numerous journalists, including Awara Hamid of the newspaper <em>Rozhnam, </em>Bahman Omer of <em>Civil Magazine</em>, Hajar Anwar, bureau chief of the Kurdistan News Network, and Mariwan Mala Hassan, a KNN reporter, as well as two of the station’s cameramen.</p> <p>Shwan Sidiq of <em>Civil Magazine</em> was hospitalized after the assailants broke his hand. "My hand is broken, my head still hurts," he told Human Rights Watch. "What I saw was what in 1988 Saddam Hussein did against me and my family."<strong></strong></p> <p>Security forces of the Kurdistan Regional Government and the two ruling parties there, the Kurdistan Democratic Party and the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan, have used repressive measures against journalists since the start of the protests in Iraq on February 17. The local press freedom group Metro Center has documented more than 150 cases of attacks and harassment of Kurdish journalists since February 17. In March, Human Rights Watch interviewed more than 20 journalists covering the protests in Kurdistan.</p> <p>"Time and again we found that security forces and their proxies violate journalists’ freedom of expression through death threats, arbitrary arrests, beatings, harassment, and by confiscating and vandalizing their equipment," Stork said.</p> <p>In Sulaimaniya, daily clashes since April 17 have injured more than 100 protesters, journalists, and security forces. Witnesses told Human Rights Watch that on April 17 security forces fired live ammunition into the air to clear protesters blocking a road, while others shot into the crowd indiscriminately, wounding at least seven demonstrators.</p> <p>"Police and security forces used everything to attack us," one protester told Human Rights Watch. "They opened fire, threw stones, used sticks and their Kalashnikovs to keep us from demonstrating."</p> <p>Protest organizers told Human Rights Watch that on April 18, security forces violently seized control of Sara Square, the center of daily protests in Sulaimaniya since February 17, and demolished the protesters’ podium. Security forces have fanned out across the city and have refused to allow protesters back to the site – renamed Azadi (Freedom) Square by demonstrators – resulting in clashes on April 18 and 19.</p> <p>On March 6, <a href="https://web.archive.org/web/20120514023119/http://www.hrw.org/en/news/2011/03/07/iraqi-kurdistan-prevent-attacks-protesters" class="external" target="_blank">masked assailants attacked demonstrators</a> and set their tents on fire but failed to evict protesters from the site.</p> <p>On April 19, protest organizers said, security forces detained dozens of students and others in and around Sulaimaniya, releasing most later in the day. One law undergraduate told Human Rights Watch that security forces attacked her and other protesters at the Dukan checkpoint on their way to Sulaimaniya.</p> <p>"We were forced to get off the buses," she said. "They threatened if we went [to the protest], we would be killed. A friend of mine asked them not to shoot us because we have pens and not guns, but when he raised his pen security forces opened fire and he was badly injured."</p> <p>Since then, this student said, she has received anonymous threatening phone calls telling her not to return to Sulaymaniya. Security forces raided Koya University, where she studies, and arrested two students. Their whereabouts remain unknown.</p> <p>The family of a prominent Kurdish writer and activist, Rebin Hardi, told Human Rights Watch that security forces severely beat him during and after his arrest on April 19 for participating in a protest in front of the Sulaimaniya courthouse. Photos taken after his release later that day viewed by Human Rights Watch showed severe swelling up and down the right sight of his body including his eye, arm, and thigh.</p> <p>Since February 17, clashes with security forces have killed at least seven civilians and injured more than 250 demonstrators in Kurdistan, but thousands have continued to protest alleged corruption and the political dominance of the KDP and PUK.</p> <p>On April 19, the government’s Security Committee for Sulaimaniya Province banned all unlicensed demonstrations. Legislation passed by the Kurdistan Regional Government in December gives authorities wide discretion in deciding whether to approve a license for a protest. The law’s wording is exceptionally vague and susceptible to abuse, Human Rights Watch said. Under article 3(c) of the law, authorities can reject a request if "the protest will damage the system or public decency."</p> <h3>Protests in Baghdad</h3> <p>Iraqi security forces in Baghdad are detaining and abusing activists in connection with protests against the chronic lack of basic services and perceived widespread corruption. On April 8, security forces in a vehicle with markings from the 43rd Brigade of the Army’s 11th Division, arrested Nabil at the end of a peaceful protest at Tahrir Square. He was immediately transferred to other security forces in civilian clothing, and held for a week.</p> <p>Released on April 15, Nabil, an organizer of the February 25 Group – one of several groups planning demonstrations in the capital – told Human Rights Watch that he had been beaten repeatedly while his hands were held behind his back with plastic zip-ties, and often while blindfolded. He said his captors also used a stun gun on his arms, chest, and back.</p> <p>"I heard them giving orders to shock us and hit us only below the neck, so there wouldn’t be any marks. They shocked me and hit me on the arms and back and chest," he said. "I got a cut on my head that was bleeding, and one of the guards yelled at another who caused it. ‘Why did you make him bleed? He is a son of a bitch and will make a scandal for us. Do not leave any marks. Hit him in places where there will be no marks.’"</p> <p>Nabil said his captors went through his cell phone and told him, "We know all these numbers, and we are watching and listening to all your calls.’"</p> <p>Nabil had previously been arrested on March 22, and Human Rights Watch witnessed signs of physical abuse immediately after his release from that detention. Human Rights Watch sent inquiries about Nabil’s arrest and others to the offices of the prime minister and security officials but has received no response from authorities.</p> <p>On April 13, security forces entered the adjoining offices of the Federation of Workers Councils and Unions in Iraq (FWCUI) and the Organization of Women’s Freedom in Iraq (OWFI), where the February 25 Group has held meetings in Baghdad. The security forces arrested one of the group’s members, Firas Ali, who has peacefully participated in several of the Tahrir Square demonstrations.</p> <p>A protester detained in early April for taking part in demonstrations at Tahrir Square told Human Rights Watch upon his release that he saw Ali inside a prison in Baghdad’s Old Muthanna Airport. The witness said Ali was being held with more than two dozen protesters, 20 of whom were detained on the day of the April 15 demonstration.</p> <p>Human Rights Watch is also concerned about Haydar Shihab Ahmad, also from the February 25 Group, who has been missing since April 1, just after taking part in that day’s demonstration in Baghdad’s Tahrir Square. Members of his family told Human Rights Watch that they have made several inquiries at prisons in Baghdad in unsuccessful attempts to locate him, and have received no official reply about whether he has been detained.</p> <p>"Iraqi authorities need to release any peaceful protester held incommunicado and without charge, and account for those it is charging with a criminal offense," Stork said.</p> <p>Iraqi authorities have taken several steps to eliminate protests in the capital from public view. On April 13, officials issued new regulations barring street protests and allowing them only at three soccer stadiums.</p> <p>"We have specified Al-Shaab, Kashafa and Zawraa stadiums as permitted sites for demonstrations in Baghdad instead of Ferdus or Tahrir squares," Baghdad’s security spokesman, Major General Qassim Atta, said at a news conference televised by the state broadcaster, Iraqiyya TV. "Many shop owners and street vendors have called us and complained to us because demonstrations have affected their work and the movement of traffic."</p> <p>In late February, Iraqi police <a href="https://web.archive.org/web/20120514023119/http://www.hrw.org/en/news/2011/02/17/iraq-investigate-protester-deaths" class="external" target="_blank">allowed dozens of assailants</a> to beat and stab peaceful protesters in Baghdad. In the early hours of February 21, dozens of men, some wielding knives and clubs, attacked about 50 protesters who had set up two tents in Tahrir Square. During nationwide February 25 protests, security forces killed at least 12 protesters across the country and injured more than 100. On that day, Human Rights Watch observed Baghdad security forces beating unarmed journalists and protesters, smashing cameras, and confiscating memory cards.</p> <p>On June 25, 2010, in response to thousands of Iraqis who took to the streets to protest a chronic lack of government services, the Interior Ministry issued onerous regulations that <a href="https://web.archive.org/web/20120514023119/http://www.hrw.org/en/news/2010/09/17/iraq-stop-blocking-demonstrations" class="external" target="_blank">effectively impeded Iraqis from organizing</a> lawful protests. The regulations required organizers to get "written approval of both the minister of interior and the provincial governor" before submitting an application to the relevant police department.</p> <p>Iraq’s constitution guarantees "freedom of assembly and peaceful demonstration."As a state party to the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights, Iraq is obligated to protect the rights to life and security of the person, and the rights to freedom of expression, association, and peaceful assembly. Iraq should also abide by the United Nations Basic Principles on the Use of Force and Firearms, which state that lethal force may only be used when strictly unavoidable to protect life, and must be exercised with restraint and proportionality. The protesters called for Nouri Al Maliki to step down as GZG Prime Minster they also called for prisoners found innocent by the courts or who were suffering detention without trial to be released from jail. </p> <p>Chanting "leave Maliki, leave" and "wind of change has arrived" the protesters ignored the risk of a repeat of the fatally violent assaults on previous demonstrations by  GZG special police and army waiting at the scene to carry out their demonstration. </p> <p>Today’s demonstration represents an intensification of the post February 25th protest campaign organised by students, human rights activists, and civil society organisations in calling for GZG Prime Minister Al Maliki to step down. At previous demonstrations demonstrators had confined themselves to calling for a crackdown on corruption, institutional reform, provision of basic services, and an end to high unemployment. </p> الملاعب </strong></font></p> <p>تظاهر العشرات من أهالي بغداد، الجمعة، في ساحة التحرير وسط العاصمة للمطالبة برحيل رئيس الوزراء نوري المالكي وإطلاق سراح المعتقلين. <br/>وقال مصدر اعلامي إن العشرات من أهالي العاصمة توجهوا، صباح اليوم، إلى ساحة التحرير وسط المدينة للتظاهر والمطالبة برحيل رئيس الحكومة نوري المالكي، فضلاً عن إطلاق سراح المعتقلين. <br/>وأضاف أن المتظاهرين رددوا شعارات عدة منها إرحل إرحل يا مالكي وهبت رياح التغيير، لافتاً إلى انتشار كثيف للقوات الأمنية في محيط التظاهرة.  <br/>وتعد هذه التظاهرة الأولى من نوعها من حيث المطالبة برحيل رئيس الحكومة على الرغم من أن البلاد تشهد منذ الـ25 من شباط الماضي، تظاهرات جابت أنحاء البلاد تطالب بالإصلاح والتغيير والقضاء على الفساد المستشري في مفاصل الدولة، نظمها شباب من طلبة الجامعات ومثقفون مستقلون عبر مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي في شبكة المتظاهرين.</p> </p></div> <p><strong><span style="font-size: 1.5em"><font color="#800000">الاخبار الامنية </font></span></strong></p> <p><b>القوات الامنية تعثر على جثة رجل مجهولة الهوية شمالي واسط</b></p> <p>أفاد مصدر امني ،اليوم الجمعة، أنه تم العثور على جثة رجل مجهول الهوية قضى رمياً بالرصاص شمالي واسط. <br/>وقال المصدر" إن قوة أمنية عثرت ظهر اليوم، على جثة رجل مجهول الهوية في العقد الثالث من عمره، ملقاة في منطقة البلحة، شمال مدينة النعمانية في الكوت"، مبينا" أنه بدى على الجثة آثار طلقات نارية في منطقتي الرأس والصدر".</p> <p><strong>إصابة نقيب في شرطة كركوك بأنفجار عبورة لاصقة </strong></p> <p>أفاد مصدر في شرطة محافظة كركوك، الجمعة، بأن نقيباً في الجيش العراقي أصيب بانفجار عبوة لاصقة بسيارة عسكرية وسط كركوك. وقال المصدر: إن "عبوة لاصقة كانت مثبتة بسيارة عسكرية من نوع (ميتسوبيشي بيك أب) بيضاء اللون يستقلها ضابط برتبة نقيب في الفرقة الـ12 التابعة للجيش العراقي انفجرت، ظهر اليوم، لدى مرورها في منطقة الحي العسكري قرب جامع صالح بهاء الدين وسط كركوك، مما أسفر عن إصابته بجروح متوسطة". وأضاف المصدر الذي طلب عدم الكشف عن اسمه، أن "قوة من الشرطة فرضت طوقاً أمنياً حول مكان الحادث، ونقلت المصاب إلى مستشفى كركوك العام لتلقي العلاج، فيما فتحت تحقيقاً لمعرفة ملابساته والجهة التي تقف وراءه".</p> <p><strong>اغتيال زوجة تاجر في الموصل بنيران مجهولين </strong></p> <p>قال مصدر امني ان مسلحين مجهولين قتلو زوجة تاجر في مدينة الموصل وأصابوه هو بجراح واكد المصدر ان مسلحين اطلقوا النار على  منزل تاجر في حي المشراق شرق مدينة الموصل مركز المحافظة، </p> <p>ما أسفر عن استشهاد زوجته وإصابته بجروح بليغة، من دون أن يعطي المصدر تفاصيل أكثر حول الحادث.</p> <h3><font color="#800000">الاخبار السياسية</font></h3> <p><strong>بعد صفقة بينها وبين المالكي.. قناة الجزيرة تفتح مكتبها رسميا في بغداد </strong></p> <p>عاود مكتب قناة الجزيرة الفضائية عمله رسميا في بغداد، بعد ان قررت الحكومة العراقية اغلاقه قبل خمس سنوات. حيث بدأت القناة ببث التقارير من بغداد، وعينت ياسر ابو هلاله مديرا للمكتب، وجرى تعيين أربعة مراسلين آخر من داخل العراق. وجاء فتح مكاتب القناة بعد صفقة جرت مؤخرا بين نوري المالكي ووفد قطري من قناة الجزيرة زار العاصمة العراقية بغداد مؤخرا. وقالت مصادر عراقية أطلعت على تلك المفاوضات أن الوفد القطري التقى بالمسؤولين في هيئة الاتصالات والاعلام، وتسلموا شروط العمل، وكان على رأس الوفد القطري الاعلامي يوسف الخميشي. وقالت المصادر ان الجزيرة ستفتح اكبر مكتب لها في العراق، حسب المفاوضات وستلتزم بشروط عمل الاعلام في العراق، وان لاتكون جزءا من الاثارة. واغلق مكتب قناة الجزيرة الفضائية القطرية في بغداد وباقي المحافظات باستثناء اقليم كردستان عام 2005 بقرار حكومي.</p> <p><strong>نافي بيلاي تندد بشدة مقتل اربعة وثلاثين شخصا في مواجهات معسكر اشرف </strong></p> <p>نددت المفوضة العليا لحقوق الانسان في الامم المتحدة نافي بيلاي بشدة في مقتل اربعة وثلاثين شخصا في مواجهات معسكر اشرف بين منظمة مجاهدي خلق والجيش العراقي، مطالبة بفتح تحقيق في ما جرى. وقالت بيلاي ان الجنود العراقيين يعرفون جيدا المخاطر المرتبطة بشن عملية في هكذا مكان كأشرف، وليس هناك من مبرر معقول لهذا العدد من الضحايا، ويجب ان يكون هناك تحقيق كامل ومستقل وشفاف. واضافت القاضية السابقة الجنوب افريقية ان كل شخص مسؤول عن استخدام مفرط للقوة يجب ان يلاحق. بدوره قال روبرت كولفيل المتحدث باسم المجلس الاعلى لحقوق الانسان التابع للامم المتحدة ان معظم الضحايا ومن بينهم نساء قتلوا بالرصاص وان هناك عشرات الجرحى. من ناحيته، قال المتحدث باسم الحكومة علي الدباغ ان الحكومة سوف تحقق في هذه القضية لان القوى الامنية تعتقد ان هذا الامر حصل من قبل حراس مجاهدي خلق الذي قتلوا كل من كان يريد الفرار من المعسكر. </p> <p><b>محافظ واسط الجديد: تراجع الخدمات بشكل خطير هو الذي دفع المواطن الى التظاهر</b></p> <p>قال محافظ واسط الجديد مهدي حسين خليل الزبيدي ،اليوم الجمعة، أنه يواجه تركة ثقيلة ومتشعبة تركتها إدارة المحافظة السابقة. <br/>الزيدي لفت في تصريح صحفي إلى" أن استياء أهالي المحافظة كان بسبب عشرات المشاريع المتلكئة لسوء الإدارة وضعف المتابعة". <br/>واوضح "ان التركة التي وجدناها من الإدارة السابقة كانت ثقيلة وليست سهلة، كونها تشمل مختلف المجالات ولم تختصر على مجال واحد أو جانب معين". <br/>وبين المحافظ الجديد "أن أبرز جوانب تلك التركة، هو تراجع الخدمات بشكل خطير لاسيما في مدينة الكوت، حيث كانت أعمال الحفريات والشوارع المغلقة أحد أهم الاسباب التي دفعت بمواطني المدينة للتظاهر والمطالبة بتحسين تلك الخدمات". <br/>وأضاف الزبيدي" أن الإدارة الجديدة ستركز في المرحلة المقبلة على الحشد الآلي والبشري من خلال إشراك جميع الآليات العائدة للدوائر الخدمية في المحافظة ودفعها باتجاه تطوير وتأهيل المناطق الاكثر تردياً في الخدمات، لاسيما مناطق مركز المدينة".</p> <p><b>حسن العلوي: الغاء قمة بغداد افضل من عقد قمة بائسة والمبلغ المخصص لها "فضيحة الفضائح"</b></p> <p>قال زعيم الكتلة العراقية البيضاء النائب حسن العلوي ان مؤتمر القمة العربية المقرر عقده في بغداد فيما لو عقد فسيكون من اكثر مؤتمرات القمة بؤسا وتواضعا ،مبديا استغرابه من حجم المبلغ المخصص للانفاق على المؤتمر . <br/>واضاف العلوي في تصريح صحفي من الرياض "ان من يحسنون قراءة الاحداث كانوا واثقين ان مؤتمرا للقمة لن يعقد في بغداد ، وقد اعطيت وجهة نظري هذه للزعامات الاساسية، وكنت اتمنى ان يصدر قرار من رئاستي الجمهورية والوزراء بتاجيل عقد مؤتمر القمة بدلا من ان ننتظر قرارا من الجامعة العربية بتأجيله". <br/>وتابع العلوي " اثارني جدا والى درجة الاستغراب والذهول الرقم الذي قدمه وزير الخارجية بكلفة انعقاد المؤتمر والبالغة 456 مليون دولار ، فهذا المبلغ يكفي لبناء 2000 وحدة سكنية للفقراء كما يصلح لبناء جامعتين وعددا من الوزراء نوري المالكي وإطلاق سراح المعتقلين.</p> <p>وكانت عمليات بغداد أعلنت، أول أمس الأربعاء، عن تحديد ملعبي الشعب والكشافة في الرصافة وملعب الزوراء في الكرخ كمناطق بديلة عن ساحتي التحرير والفردوس لتنظيم التظاهرات السلمية والمرخصة وفق القانون. </p> <p>وتعد هذه التظاهرة الأولى من نوعها من حيث المطالبة برحيل رئيس الحكومة على الرغم من أن البلاد تشهد منذ الـ25 من شباط الماضي، تظاهرات جابت أنحاء البلاد تطالب بالإصلاح والتغيير والقضاء على الفساد المستشري في مفاصل الدولة، نظمها شباب من طلبة الجامعات ومثقفون مستقلون عبر مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي في شبكة الإنترنت، وشهدت تلك التظاهرات تضييقاً من قبل الأجهزة الأمنية وفرض حظر للتجول لمنع وصول المتظاهرين كما شهدت إطلاق نار من قبل الأجهزة الأمنية مما أسفر عن سقوط العديد من القتلى والجرحى في صفوف المتظاهرين. </p> </p></div> </div> </div> <hr/> <div <blockquote><p>There were demonstrations in several cities in Iraq marking the 2003-U.S. invasion and occupation of the country.</p> <p>But the event, which toppled a dictatorial regime, had no words of praise as tens of thousands of Iraqis went to the streets lashing out at their U.S. occupiers and the factional leaders they brought with them.</p> <p>These factional leaders currently administer the country, but their rule is reported to be as bad as that of the of Saddam Hussein, and for many Iraqis even worse.</p> <p>The slogans, placards and pictures raised during the demonstrations carried grievances from which millions of Iraqis suffered under Saddam Hussein.</p> <p>There were bereaved women, clad in black, asking for information about their husbands or sons, who disappeared and they still have no word about their whereabouts.</p> <p>Thousands of women carried photos of their beloved ones who they said were languishing in Iraqi jails without trial and in detention centers they cannot reach and visit.</p> <p>There were placards with anti-government slogans, demanding the prime minister, Nouri al-Maliki, to issue credible information about the secret jails where his security forces torture his opponents.</p> <p>Most heart-breaking was the sight of hundreds of women in down town Baghdad who carried pictures of husbands, sons and beloved ones they said they had disappeared in the years since the 2003-U.S. invasion.</p> <p>Popular discontent is rising in the country and despite the government’s measures to block streets leading to Baghdad Liberation Square, tens of thousands could reach it last Friday.</p> <p>The organizers say they will go to the streets every Friday until their demands are met.</p> <p>They call for the removal of Maliki, withdrawal of U.S. troops and a transparent and democratic government.</p> <p>Other demands include combating corruption, releasing prisoners and shutting down of secret jails.</p> <p>The demonstrations in Baghdad started following massive protests in Iraq’s Kurdish north where the protesters call for the resignation of the region’s leader, Massoud Barzani, and his government.</p> </blockquote> <p><a
