150%">　　张掖地方土特产品很多，其中甘州胰子、张掖南酒、张掖黄酒、丝路春系列白酒、小河红枣、棕叶皮、祁连玉、夜光杯等均是张掖久负盛名的特产。其中，丝路春酒连续5年获甘肃省优质产品奖，行销国内及台湾、香港地区；当地的主要手工艺品夜光杯用质地优良、花纹美观的祁连山玉石琢成，器质<IMG height=106 src="https://p1.cncnimg.cn/m/4/info_4685_0.jpg" width=120 align=right border=0>细腻，造型优美，历史悠久，历来为馈赠亲友的佳品。造型生动，制做精美的皮影、木偶、剪纸、刺绣等民间工艺精致独特。近年开发的山丹烙画、文物仿古纪念品“四虎娃娃”、“胡腾舞俑”、祁连化石石雕、玉雕等旅游纪念品品种繁多，别致精细。<BR>　　此外，张掖还盛产甘浚楸子、苹果梨、张掖柰子、乌江大米及甘草、锁阳、姜活、黄芪、大黄、麻黄、鹿茸、麝香等80余种中药材。作为地方特产的甘州挂面、粉皮面筋、腊羊肉等，制作工艺独特，别有风味。</P><P style="LINE-HEIGHT: 150%"><B>甘州胰子</B><BR>　　甘州胰子是张掖久负盛名的特产，它采用牛、猪、羊的胰子油捣碎加入皂角、石碱、冰糖等磨细，再用面粉加水熬制。这种肥皂是一种保健、护肤、美容三者兼顾的土制皂。这种皂皂体发暗，皂形是椭园的，也有长方形的，不芳香，但除垢去油最利，而且有嫩面润肤的作用。</P><P style="LINE-HEIGHT: 150%"><B>张掖南酒</B><BR>　　相传张掖郡建立之后，中原文化相继传入河西，酿酒技术也随之而来。张掖南酒系采用白酒为坯制的酒基，加入定量的糯米，以药曲为糖化发酵剂酿制而成。它的酿造工艺流程与驰名中外的绍兴黄酒基本相同。在制作过程中加入川乌、陈皮、大芋、砂仁、当归、红花、桃仁、官桂、山甲、五加皮、地骨、何首乌等四十余中草药，但在饮用时没有药味。经长期低温，自然发酵的原汁酒，清香扑鼻，色泽金黄，澄清透明，酒味醇厚，绵软适口，是别具一格的高糖度甜型酒。不仅酒质优美，而且浓郁清香，是具有地方特色的传统产品。<BR>　　张掖南酒有健脾开胃利湿之功，也有补益健身之效，适量久饮，不仅是人们的一种享受，而且对风湿病，妇女病有一定疗效，实为健身之佳品。</P><P style="LINE-HEIGHT: 150%"><B>张掖黄酒</B><BR>　　张掖黄酒在张掖是祭祀、婚丧的必备之物，如民间儿女结婚，父母便酿酒一罐，吉日一到便取出来待客。<BR>　　张掖的黄酒历史悠久，很早以前当地先民就开始以高梁青稞大麦为酒基，糯米为引料，选用当归、桅甘、陈皮、红花等数十种名贵中药，加大麦制曲，精工酿造而成。是低糖分、营养丰富的饮料，人体必不可少的十七种氨基酸含量丰富。<BR>　　张掖黄酒清亮透明，香味浓郁，润喉爽口，与其他地区同类产品比较，其特点是：不着色自黄，不加糖自甜，不调味自香。长期饮用，具有舒筋活血，补肾益阳，强身壮骨，延年益寿之功效。<BR>　　过去张掖街巷里各处都有酒房，尤其酿黄酒、卖黄酒、温热酒（酒壶有盛一斤者为“双壶”，有盛二斤者为“四壶”，有盛五斤者为“十壶”），是比较特殊的风俗，买酒者自己不拿酒壶，酒房供壶，酒房在次日派伙计收壶。张掖人喝酒一般“先干为敬”。如果人少，主人往往要一一敬过来，并针对各人的情况，说出不同的敬酒词，直说到客人把酒喝了为止，态度十分诚恳，气氛极其欢快热烈。</P><P style="LINE-HEIGHT: 150%"><B>小河红枣</B><BR>　　张掖小河乡的红枣，成熟后表面全都是红褐色，果形较小，但肉质细密，味甜、核小，营养丰富。除鲜吃外，晒成干枣，供煮粥或制甜食品。它不仅含有大量的糖粉，蛋白质和脂肪，而且含有比一般果品高的钙和磷，特别是含有大量的铁是补血的佳品，有益气补血，养肾安神之功，可治虚损劳伤诸症，具有一定药用价值。这种红枣久贮不坏，很少生虫，鲜食和干食均可。</P><P style="LINE-HEIGHT: 150%"><B>棕叶皮</B><BR>　　张掖特产的白花苇(也有少量的紫花苇)，生长迅速，杆粗株高、密度大、纤维韧力强、质量好，苇叶以被大量运往外地作为棕叶皮。<BR>　　地处西北边陲的张掖，到处有丰沛的水源，可说是水流淙淙，河道如织，因此湖边、河边丛生芦苇。芦苇是多年生草本纤维植物，无需管理，一年一收，是造纸纤维合成和编织工业的重要原料。张掖的苇产品还被多用于编织铺床、铺炕的芦苇席，房顶上的篙件，以及药材包装等。</P><P style="LINE-HEIGHT: 150%"><B>甘草</B><BR>　　甘草能调和诸药，在中药里被称为“因老”，有“药中之王”的美称。科学研究表明，甘草能起到抗溃疡、抗炎症、降血压、中枢抑制、镇痛甚至抗肿瘤的作用。随着科学技术的发展，甘草的用途越来越广泛，原料精制而成的甘草霜、甘草膏，除有药物作用外，调在墨汁或颜料里，可使染色均匀，可用来作灭火剂的起泡剂和石油钻井液的稳定剂，作糖果、卷烟和医疗工业的调味剂。<BR>　　张掖的野生甘草资源丰富。河西地区将建成甘草出口基地，现由国家拨付资金建立人工种植基地，这将结束长期单纯依赖采掘野生甘草资源破坏生态环境的历史。</P><P style="LINE-HEIGHT: 150%"><B>粉皮面筋</B><BR>　　在张掖农村，农民秋收后，家家户户，要晒粉皮面筋迎亲接友，逢年过节或是喜庆之时，粉皮面筋是不可缺少的招待食品。产妇坐月子时也由娘家赠送一篮粉皮面筋。<BR>　　张掖驰名的粉皮面筋有“马面筋”，每日清晨挑两桶摆摊出售，不到两个小时便可出售完毕。因为它名气大，除经常来吃的当地人外，慕名而来者也不少。</P><P style="LINE-HEIGHT: 150%"><B>腊羊肉</B><BR>　　张掖的腊羊肉已有百年历史，加工有其独到之处。原料选用的羊，主要是产于山丹、民乐等地，吃了芜葫草、芜葫花的羊。在秋冬季节，把羊宰杀以后，加高台的雪花盐以及苗香生姜等佐料煮熟、剔骨、抹上清油而成。肉红透明，肥而不腻，引人食欲。</P></div><div class="prenext"> <ul> <li>上一篇：<a
