Failure to abide by the terms of the Policy may result in a suspension of your account and/or, ultimately, termination with no refund recourse. </p> <p> 1. <strong>Any illegal or irresponsible activities</strong>. mzhost.com does now allow its account holders to engage in spam, warez hosting, dissemination of unsolicited email for commercial purposes, hacking, piracy, pornography, or use of copyrighted materials without consent of the copyright holder. This policy is strictly enforced and violations will result in account termination. When deemed appropriate, an account holder may be reported to law enforcement. </p> <p> 2. <strong>Child Pornography</strong>. Given the serious nature of this crime, should mzhost.com discover that you have engaged in this activity, your account will be immediately terminated and your personal information disclosed to any law enforcement officials that have jurisdiction over your activity. Further, we shall cooperate with any and all law enforcement officials in your prosecution. </p> <p> 3. <strong>Spoofing, Service Denial, Hacking, and Sniffing</strong> are prohibited, along with any other malicious activities (e.g., libel, slander, etc.). mzhost.com reserves the right to determine if these activities have occurred and to terminate any account for these reasons. Law enforcement will be contacted if deemed appropriate. </p> <p> 4. <strong>Restoration Backup</strong>: Once an account has been suspended for non-payment, a user may request his/her data, for a fee of $25 per inquiry. Backups are generally available for 30 days after suspension or cancellation, but there is no guarantee. </p> <p> 5. <strong>Web Hosting/Reseller Hosting Service</strong>: Users must abide by the strict usage restrictions, which are designed to maintain the performance, security and integrity of our servers. Users who fail to abide by the following restrictions may have their accounts suspended or terminated.<br /> a. No more than 100% of CPU Core(one core) may be used for a period of two minutes or longer<br /> b. No more than 5,000 files may be open at any moment<br /> c. No more than 200 emails per hour may be sent without authorization from mzhost.com administration<br /> d. The running of unattached processes and/or deamons is prohibited<br /> e. Running bit-torrent and/or P2P applications is forbidden<br /> f. Cron scripts running at intervals of less than 15 minutes, or the scheduling of more than 5 cron jobs simultaneously is prohibited<br /> g. User may never run public file services, video services etc...<br /> h. <strong>Any adult content/text/pictures/graphics, etc. is prohibited</strong>, and penalties for doing so will be severe<br /> i. Web spiders/indexers are prohibited<br /> j. User may never use hosting as a personal storage space<br /> </p> <p> Disk Usage: A minimum of 90% of site content must be linked from an HTML or similar web page, so that all content is available for free public access. Your site must consist of standard design web pages (basically, HTML text and graphics). Downloadable content or media of 1000kb(1MB) files cannot exceed 5GB. Cumulative automatic backups of your data on our default local automatic backup storage can not occupy more than 20 GB of space. User initiated data backups are intended for download and can not be stored under user鈥檚 home directory longer than 14 days. </p> <p> 6. <strong>Premium Web Hositng</strong>: Again, in order to maintain the integrity of our systems, mzhost.com maintains strict use restrictions. An account may be suspended or terminated, should these regulations be violated. The following are prohibited:<br /> a. use of more than 200% of CPU cores(two cores), through script or software, for two minutes or longer<br /> b. sending more than 500 emails per hour from all email accounts of a single domain name<br /> c. opening more that 5,000 files at any moment<br /> d. running deamons/stand-alone process<br /> e. running P2P/bit-torrent applications<br /> f. running cron scripts at less than 10-minute intervals<br /> g. running public file services, video services etc..<br /> h. housing, running, disseminating, receiving, or distributing any adult content<br /> i. running web spiders/indexers<br /> j. using hosting as a personal storage space</p> </p> <p> Disk Usage: A minimum of 90% of site content must be linked from an HTML or similar web page, so that all content is available for free public access. Usage restrictions for VPS and Dedicated Server Hosting Services are designed to maintain the integrity, performance and security of our servers, and running any of the following is prohibited:<br /> a. P2P/bit-torrent applications<br /> b. Web spider/indexer programs/applications<br /> c. Public file exchanges<br /> d.
