JSTOR sends metadata for books and journals on a regular basis via FTP to the following four major Discovery Service providers for indexing in their web-scale discovery platforms:</p> <ul> <li>EBSCO - EBSCO Discovery Service</li> <li>ProQuest / Ex Libris - Alma, Primo, & Summon</li> <li>OCLC - WorldCat Discovery</li> </ul> <p>Mutual participants can search for and select or activate the various JSTOR collections they currently license in our Partner’s systems. For additional assistance in activating your JSTOR collections in your Discovery Layer, please see <a href="https://support.jstor.org/hc/en-us/articles/360052867994" target="_self">Discovery Service Issues, Escalation, and Troubleshooting</a>.</p> <p>In addition to the four major Discovery Service vendors, JSTOR partners with several other Discovery Service providers (including international providers):</p> <ul> <li>Baidu</li> <li>CNKI Tongfang Knowledge Network Technology Co., Ltd.</li> <li>Naver Corporation</li> <li>SemperTool / GLORIAD</li> <li>Modern Language Association: (Only book metadata sent)</li> <li>Suweco</li> <li>Third Iron LLC (Only journal archive metadata sent)</li> <li>Informatics Publishing Limited (India): (Only journal archive metadata sent)</li> </ul> <p>If you are a Discovery Service Provider interested in partnering with JSTOR, please email <a href="mailto:discoveryservices@ithaka.org">discoveryservices@ithaka.org</a> for more information.
