Professor Feinstein will highlight how creativity emerges out of engagement with creative fields, opportunities, personal experiences, and challenges, drawing insights from examples like Albert Einstein, Steve Jobs, Twitter founder Jack Dorsey, and Virginia Woolf. Searle Professor of Economics and Management, Yale School of Management</strong></em></p><p>Jonathan Feinstein is a leading thinker about creativity & innovation. Whereas it is common to focus on the moment of inspiration, he takes a more encompassing approach, showing how creativity and innovation are generated out of a longer unfolding process. Professor Feinstein’s new book is <em>Creativity in Large-Scale Contexts</em>. He is also the author of <em>The Nature of Creative Development</em>. He earned his university degree from Stanford and his Ph.D. from MIT. His Yale creativity & innovation class has been a favorite with students over the years and has been featured in <em>Business Week</em> and <em>Fast Company</em>. He is committed to nurturing creativity in all its forms by all people.
