His background as a licensed psychologist gives him a distinctive edge in teaching key courses like the MBS Leadership Skills and undergraduate Managing Change and Innovation.</p> <p>Dr. Harlow’s teaching philosophy centers around student engagement, inclusion, and practical application of theoretical concepts. He has developed and taught multiple courses where he integrates innovative methods, such as social media, case studies, and competency-based education to engage students in real-world problem-solving. His collaboration with the Office of Digital Learning has been particularly impactful, where he worked closely to develop fully online versions of his courses. His dedication to continuous improvement is evident in his efforts to mentor new instructors and collaborate with colleagues on refining course assessments and outcomes.</p> <p>Many students have mentioned Dr. Harlow’s dedication to their personal and professional growth, expressing gratitude for his mentorship and support.
