<p><span>11月27日晚，宏达高科公告，近日，<strong><span>公司抓住市场机会，出售了部分持有的海宁皮城股票</span></strong></span><span>（以下简称“本次交易”）。</span></p> <p><span>截至公告日，公司本次通过证券交易所集中竞价交易方式出售海宁皮城（002344.SZ</span><span>）<span><strong>股份共计1115万股，成交均价6.4268元/股，成交金额7165.89万元(已扣除印花税及交易佣金)。</strong></span></span><span>公司本次减持股份占海宁皮城总股本的</span><span>0.87%。</span></p> <p><span>公司称，本次减持后，公司仍持有海宁皮城无限售股份共计1915万股，占该公司总股本的1.49%。本次交易不构成关联交易，也不构成《上市公司重大资产重组管理办法》规定的重大资产重组。</span></p> <p><span>根据海宁皮城三季报显示，宏达高科是该股的第三大股东，此次减持后，宏达高科仍位列公司第三大股东。</span></p> <p><img <p><span>纵观海宁皮城近期股价趋势，走出了一个“顶”，先是连续6日上涨，后又连续3日下跌。具体来看，海宁皮城股价从11月15日开始，先是5个涨停板，在11月22日当天，开盘价为6.05元，股价继续上涨，最终报收6.6元。25日当天，开盘价为6.57元，盘中最高触及7.02元，股价创一年新高，随后由涨转跌，当天收盘时股价跌停，最终报收5.94元。随后的26日，27日海宁皮城股价继续大幅下跌，股价已从周初最高逾7元回落到5元以下，截至27日收盘，该股股价报收于4.88元，本周跌幅达到26%，总市值为62亿元。</span></p>
