It can also help healthy people stay healthy, fit and strong. <br/><br/>The first one-on-one Yoga therapy session is approximately 60-90 minutes. Follow-up sessions are 60 minutes. The Yoga therapist spends time talking to the client about their needs and goals. She also observe the client’s physical structure and breathing and movement patterns to determine an appropriate Yoga practice that is tailored for their unique physical, mental and emotional needs. <br/><br/>The Yoga therapist teaches the client the practice and encourages daily practice. The client is empowered to become an active participant in the healing process through the commitment to a personal yoga practice. As the client progresses and needs change, the personal yoga practice will change as appropriate.
