The expected benefits are:</p> <ul> <li>Appropriate alignment of projects to business needs </li> <li>Effective and efficient execution of projects </li> <li>Enhanced communications and collaboration across the Line Offices </li> <li>Optimized use of resources </li> <li>More predictable and consistent delivery of IT services</li> </ul> <p>The PMO consists of two Divisions: the Enterprise Projects Division and the Telecommunications Division.</p> <p><strong>The <span class="style4">Enterprise Project Division</span></strong> manages enterprise projects and provides other project management services to NOAA corporate and line offices.</p> <p> The <strong>Telecommunications Division</strong> procures enterprise telecommunications services for NOAA corporate and line offices using GWACs, including WITS 3 and Networx.
