style="\"word-break:" font-family:="" microsoft="" text-size-adjust:="" text-indent:="" color:="" white-space:="" background-color:="">主要结构及特点</p><p style="\"word-break:" font-family:="" microsoft="" text-size-adjust:="" text-indent:="" color:="" white-space:="" background-color:="">本产品为吊挂带式称重给料机，设置在仓口的下方，包括底盘、箱体、闸门、漏斗和柔性吊挂机构。其特点在于：柔性吊挂机构设置在仓口仓压和物料冲击力平衡点位置，由上连接座、柔性板、下连接座组成，能够有效平衡仓压和物料冲击力影响。以柔性吊挂机构的简单稳定的柔性板的弯曲力替代了铰接相连的旋连结构的转动，避免了铰接相连的旋连结构安装精度高、难度大，轴承受粉尘、水污染生锈后会增大阻力，影响给料机的称重计量精度的问题。</p><p style="\"word-break:" font-family:="" microsoft="" text-size-adjust:="" text-indent:="" color:="" white-space:="" background-color:="">称重模块设置在出料口位置，与柔性吊挂机构相呼应大大提高了计量精度，计量误差不大于±5‰。</p><p style="\"word-break:" font-family:="" microsoft="" text-size-adjust:="" text-indent:="" color:="" white-space:="" background-color:="">工作原理：带式称重给料机运行时，称重控制箱通过安装在给料机上箱体的动态称重模块，以及安装在改向滚筒上动态测速模块，计算出给料机运行的速度、流量、运行时长，累计给料量等运行数据。</p><p style="\"word-break:" font-family:="" microsoft="" text-size-adjust:=""
