krijgt met conflicten, geschillen, schade, aansprakelijkheid en procedures, loopt u vaak tegen een ondoordringbare oerwoud van wet- en regelgeving aan. Bent u klager of overtreder, eiser of gedaagde, slachtoffer of verdachte, heeft u een klacht, conflict of geschil, </span><span style="color: #003366;">moet u zich verweren tegen een overheidsbesluit of bent u gedagvaard? Het is van belang dat u weet wat uw rechten zijn en tijdig juridisch hulp inschakelt als u te maken krijgt met de wet.聽</span></p> <p><span style="color: #003366;"><strong>Mediation of advocaat<br /> </strong>Veel zaken kunnen in een vroege stadium worden opgelost. Indien partijen niet in een lange, ingewikkelde en slepende rechtsproces verwikkeld willen raken, met het risico dat de uitkomsten onbevredigend zijn, dan is mediation een uitkomst. Een mediator wordt ook ingeschakeld als een mediationclausule is opgenomen in een contract, waarin afgesproken is in geval van een conflict eerst een mediator in te schakelen, voordat het conflict wordt voorgelegd aan de rechter. Soms kan de zaak vanwege de situatie en aard van het geschil en de houding van partijen niet door een mediator worden opgelost, </span><span style="color: #003366;">en moet u zich bij laten staan door een advocaat en vragen om een oordeel van de rechter. Een advocaat kan afhankelijk van uw zaak bestuursrechtelijke, civielrechtelijke en strafrechtelijke procedures starten. </span></p> <p><span style="color: #003366;"><strong>Kort geding bij spoedeisend belang<br /> </strong>Indien een geschil in een vergevorderde stadium is en sprake is van een spoedeisend belang, dan is een snelle uitspraak van de rechter gewenst. In een spoedprocedure wordt de civiele rechter verzocht om een snelle (voorlopige) beslissing te nemen over de zaak. De uitspraak in een kort geding is geen definitieve oordeel.
