For the latest PDS4 System Build, see <a href="https://nasa-pds.github.io/releases/current/rdd.html">Release Description Document (RDD)</a>. </p> <p>Please send comments, change requests, and bug reports regarding the software below to the <a href="mailto:pds_operator@jpl.nasa.gov">PDS Operator</a> at pds_operator@jpl.nasa.gov. </p> <ul> <li><b><a href="https://nasa-pds.github.io/pds4-information-model/model-lddtool/index.html">Local Data Dictionary Tool</a></b> <br>Software for parsing a local data dictionary definition file and generating PDS4 data standard files. </br> <p/> </li> <li><b><a href="https://nasa-pds.github.io/mi-label/">Metadata Injector for PDS Labels (MILabel)</a></b> <br>Formerly known as Generate Tool, this software provides a command-line interface for generating PDS4 Labels using a user provided PDS4 XML template and input (source) data products. The PDS4 XML Templates use Apache Velocity variables and logic to generate the PDS4 labels. For inputs, the tool currently supports detached and attached ODL/PDS3 labels with plans to support VICAR attached labels and CSV files. </br> <p/> </li> <li><b><a href="https://nasa-pds.github.io/validate/">Validate Tool</a></b> <br>Software for validating PDS4 product labels and product data. The associated specific schema for the product label specifies syntactic and semantic constraints. The product label itself specifies the constraints for the data. </br> <p/> </li> <li><b><a href="https://nasa-pds.github.io/transform/">Transform Tool</a></b> <br>Software for transforming PDS3 and PDS4 product labels and product data into common formats. </br> </li> </ul> <h2>Libraries</h2> <ul>  <li><b><a href="https://nasa-pds.github.io/pds4-jparser/">PDS4 JParser</a></b> <br>Java software library with API for accessing PDS4 data objects including selected transformations to common formats.
