<P>德州西瓜是我区的名特产之一，它以个大皮薄、果肉细嫩、甘美爽口而闻名全国。在著名品种的西瓜中，喇嘛瓜为瓜中之珍。纯正的喇嘛瓜是长圆形,两端微锐,瓜皮表面不平坦，皮色呈黄绿色，表面茴香叶纹非常清晰，瓜皮微厚，瓜子鲜红，有大、小籽之分，瓜瓤有深黄、浅黄两种，瓜瓤细致无丝，入口脆沙，含糖量很高，人们称誉它是“脆沙瓤，赛冰糖”。其他品种也各有风味，如白皮三异，皮色清白，果肉红，种子黑色，色味俱佳。五月鲜为早熟品种，皮色绿、种子小、色灰黑、瓤脆甜，五月上市，给初夏的市场增添光彩。 </P><P>乐陵金丝小枣 </P><P>乐陵金丝小枣，以其优异的品质和丰富的营养而闻名。掰开半干的红枣，粘连果肉的缕缕黄色细丝延伸一二寸不断，在阳光下，金光灿灿，故得金丝小枣的美名。乐陵小枣特色有三：一是味道特别甘甜，尤其鲜食,肉质细脆,且甜中微酸，极为可口；二是肉厚核小，出干果率高；三是果皮红艳且坚韧，易贮耐运。乐陵金丝小枣历来受到人们喜爱，在封建时代是向皇帝进贡的贡品，清代的乾隆皇帝，还给周、尹两村之间的一株枣树挂了“枣王”的牌匾。购买指南：乐陵金丝小枣在乐陵市朱集镇和城里均有销售，德州扒鸡美食城也有售。</P><P>德州黑陶</P><P><BR>德州陶器起源于龙山文化，距今已有约6000年的历史。德州工艺美陶属无釉细素陶器，原料为古黄河下游千年淤积的特殊红胶泥。其土质纯净细腻，密度大，烧制的器皿坚实耐用，色泽协调，轻扣发声，清脆悦耳，阳光照射下黑中透蓝，如金属器。黑陶的坯体有单层拉型成坯，一底双层合成坯等。坯体表面采取画线、压花、阴刻、浮刻、立体刻、镂空等多种手法，产品造型多样。现有各式花盆、花罐、笔筒、画卷筒、笔洗、挂盘、壶钵等几十个品种，数百种样式，已成为赠送国内外友人的贵重礼品。 </P><P>德州扒鸡</P><P>德州扒鸡即德州五香脱骨扒鸡，以熟烂脱骨、肉嫩松软、清香不腻等特点而闻名，有神州一奇之美称，已有三百多年的历史。1702年康熙皇帝南巡时，尝到了五香脱骨扒鸡，龙颜大悦。从此，德州扒鸡作为贡品进入宫廷。乾隆年间，扒鸡制作艺人又被召进皇宫御膳房，从而德州扒鸡名扬天下。<BR>　　20世纪初，以扒鸡传人德州宝兰斋饭庄的掌柜侯宝庆、德顺斋烧鸡铺掌柜韩世功为代表的几家作坊，认真总结祖辈的制作经验，多方摸索试制，完善了工艺，改进了配方，逐渐形成了新一代扒鸡雏形。建国前夕，德州已有“福顺斋”“德盛斋”等扒鸡店铺20余家，年销售量约40万只。建国以后，德州市建立了国营食品公司，集名师于一家，采百家之长，保持并发展了这一传统名吃的独特风味。</P><P>宁津景泰蓝</P><P>宁津景泰蓝制作工艺系由北京传入。它始于明代景泰年间，是用紫铜做成器物的胎，把铜丝掐成各种花纹焊在铜胎上，填上珐琅彩釉，然后烧制而成。景泰蓝分仿古工艺品和现代工艺品，共50多个类型，100多个品种，具有做工精细、技术精湛、图案美观、色泽鲜艳、素雅大方、仿古性强、经久耐用等特点。产品大者如鱼缸，小的如鸟食碗。主要有：天球、美人、象鼻、鱼缸、奖杯、香炉、花瓶、酒具、古灯等。产品远销美国、日本、英国、法国、意大利等地。<BR><BR><BR></P></div><div
