September 19. 2012 - </span>Floyd Mayweather could be in hot water again following a domestic dispute with Melissa Brim, the mother of his daughter.</p><p>Las Vegas police responded to a 911 call on Sept. 9 made by Brim claiming to be in a "verbal altercation" with Mayweather according to <a href="https://web.archive.org/web/20121011133943/http://www.lvrj.com/news/police-called-to-another-dispute-between-floyd-mayweather-jr-and-a-woman-170275196.html" title="http://www.lvrj.com/news/police-called-to-another-dispute-between-floyd-mayweather-jr-and-a-woman-170275196.html">reports</a>. Police arrived at Brim's address and found "no signs of physical violence," according to police spokesperson Laura Melzer.</p><p>Brim declined to press charges and it's unclear whether the alleged altercation could be deemed a violation of Mayweather's parole.</p><p>Mayweather is serving a year's probation following two months in jail after pleading guilty in December to domestic battery and no contest to two counts of harassment in the assault of Josie Harris, the mother of three of the boxer's children.</p><p>This is the third time police have been called to handle a dispute between Mayweather and Brim.
