Throughout the month of February, the organization is sharing a series of interviews from Black leaders in the structured finance industry.</p> <p>Haynes co-leads the firm’s servicer advance financing practice, and has historically represented Ginnie Mae in its Multiclass and Mortgage-Backed Securities programs. The results of her work representing issuers and underwriters in US asset-backed securities and mortgage-backed securities has helped make homeownership affordable and possible for many Americans. Haynes also serves as firm-wide hiring partner, where she is committed to expanding the pipeline of diverse candidates and creating a culture of inclusion where everyone has the opportunity to excel in the legal profession. She is also very involved in ending health disparities and racial inequities in her community, and was recently recognized for her role in creating “Facts & Faith Fridays,” a series of weekly calls
