background-color:#FFFFFF;"><img src="images/spacer.gif" alt=""></div> </div> </div> <div id="content"> <div id="rectangle_scroll">  <h1><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family: tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;"><strong>Sistemul de informaţii privind vizele</strong></span></span></h1> <p style="text-align: justify;"> </p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family: tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;"><strong>Sistemul de informaţii privind vizele (VIS)</strong> a fost stabilit în baza <a href="servlet/ViewDocument?id=1295">Regulamentului 2008/767/CE</a> cu scopul de a îmbunătăţi punerea în aplicare a politicii comune în materie de vize, cooperarea la nivel consular şi consultările care au loc între autorităţile centrale responsabile în domeniul vizelor prin simplificarea procedurii de solicitare a vizelor, prevenirea fenomenului de visa shopping, facilitarea controalelor la punctele de trecere a frontierelor externe şi de pe teritoriul statelor membre, contribuţia la prevenirea ameninţărilor la adresa siguranţei interne a statelor membre.</span></span></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family: tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;">Regulamentul VIS stabileşte categoriile date ce vor fi incluse în baza de data  în diferite stadii de prelucrare a unei cereri de viză. În plus faţă de solicitarea de viză se introduce fotografia şi amprentele solicitantului.</span></span></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family: tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;">Activitatea de supraveghere a unităţii naţionale este realizată de autoritatea naţionale de supraveghere a prelucrării datelor personale din respectivul stat membru în timp ce activitatea de supraveghere a VIS Central este realizată de Autoritatea Europeană pentru Protecţia Datelor (AEPD).</span></span></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family: tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;">În scopul coordonării activităţii de supraveghere, Regulametnul VIS prevede ca autorităţile naţionale pentru protecţia datelor şi AEPD, fiecare acţionând în conformitate cu propriile competenţe:</span></span></p> <ul> <li style="text-align: justify;"> <span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family: tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;">fac schimb de informaţii relevante,</span></span></li> <li style="text-align: justify;"> <span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family: tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;">se asistă reciproc în realizarea activităţilor de audit şi a inspecţiilor,</span></span></li> <li style="text-align: justify;"> <span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family: tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;">examinează dificultăţile legate de interpretarea sau punerea în aplicare a Regulamentului,</span></span></li> <li style="text-align: justify;"> <span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family: tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;">analizează problemele care pot apărea în ceea ce priveşte exercitarea supravegherii independente sau a drepturilor persoanelor la care se referă datele respective,</span></span></li> <li style="text-align: justify;"> <span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family: tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;">formulează propuneri armonizate în vederea găsirii unor soluţii comune la posibilele probleme şi</span></span></li> <li style="text-align: justify;"> <span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family: tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;">asigură sensibilizarea în ceea ce priveşte drepturile în materie de protecţie a datelor.</span></span></li> </ul> <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family: tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;">Astfel, a fost înfiinţat Grupul de Coordonare Comună VIS care se reuneşte de cel puţin două ori pe ani şi care este format din reprezentanţi ai autorităţilor naţionale pentru protecţia datelor şi AEPD.</span></span></p>  </div> </div> <div class="h_repair" style="height:10px; background-color:#FFFFFF;">  <img src="images/spacer.gif" alt=""> </div> </div>  <div class="footer_color" id="footer_line"><img src="images/spacer.gif" alt=""></div> <div id="footer"> <div id="footer_left"> <a href="https://www.dataprotection.ro/?page=Informare_protectia_datelor_conf_GDPR">Termeni de Utilizare</a> </div> <a href="feed?lang=ro"><img src="images/RSS.gif" alt="Subscribe" title="Subscribe"></a> © ANSPDCP Dataprotection Romania. <a href="mailto:anspdcp@dataprotection.ro">Contactaţi Webmaster</a> </div> </div> </body> </html>
