Follow instructions from: https://inveniordm.docs.cern.ch/install/ 2. When prompted choose `S3` storage option (not sure if this is related) 3. Install from CLI: `invenio-cli install` 4. Get error ## Expected behavior Installation runs without issue ## Traceback  ## Additional context This seems to be an issue related to the versions of `jinja` and `markupsafe` being used. The newest version of `markupsafe`, 2.1.0, [no longer uses `soft_unicode`](https://markupsafe.palletsprojects.com/en/2.1.x/changes/#version-2-1-0) but `jinja 2.11.3` is looking for it. Jinja is no longer supporting this version, so they aren't going to do anything on their end. I can see these mismatched versions being used `pipfile.lock` but I'm not sure how those are being generated. I think the version of `markupsafe` just needs to be set to 2.0.1.
