class="large">ANU has a strong connection to the United Kingdom and Europe through the many alumni and friends living and working across the country. The ANU (UK) Foundation plays an important role in keeping our global community connected by promoting excellence in education and research. This includes the exchange of knowledge, faculty and students between ANU and the universities of the UK and Europe. </p><h2>Our priorities  </h2><p>The <a href="https://www.anu.edu.au/giving/how-to-give/anu-uk-foundation/anu-uk-foundation-board">ANU (UK) Foundation Board</a> works closely with ANU to understand the University's priorities and identify how the Foundation can support them.  </p><p>Currently, the Foundation Board is focused on the <a href="https://www.anu.edu.au/study/scholarships/find-a-scholarship/london-alumni-scholarship" rel="noreferrer noopener" target="_blank">London Alumni Scholarship</a>, which supports a student who has experienced financial hardship to complete an undergraduate degree at ANU.  </p><div class="pullquote fullwidth nopadbottom"><p>"I see the Foundation as a way to exponentially connect our alumni network across Europe and the UK, accelerate awareness of the ANU and its achievements, and gain support at every level for a world leading, game-changing institution"</p></div><p class="small text-right">Chantal Gargour, Chair, ANU (UK) Foundation Board.  </p><h2>How to give </h2><p>By giving an unrestricted gift to the ANU (UK) Foundation, you allow the Board to allocate funds to the areas of greatest need.  </p><div class="box bg-uni10 text-center"><p class="nopadbottom"><strong>If you would like to give to a particular area or fund, you can specifically direct your support when making a donation.</strong></p></div><p>The Foundation is seeking support for scholarships, ground breaking research, enhanced student experiences and awards.
