کی <a href="https://web.archive.org/web/20191209162957/https://www.dawn.com/news/1521086/rupee-climbs-to-five-month-high-vs-dollar"><strong>رپورٹ</strong></a> کے مطابق درآمدات میں کمی جبکہ غیر ملکی سرمایہ کاری اور حکومت سے قرض کے معاہدوں کی وجہ سے ڈالر کے بہاؤ میں اضافے کو روپے کی قدر میں اضافے کی وجہ قرار دیا جارہا ہے۔</p> <p>ڈالر کے بہاؤ اور مقامی کرنسی کی توجہ میں اضافے کی وجہ سے کرنسی ڈیلرز کو آئندہ ماہ میں روپے کی قدر میں مزید اضافے کی امید ہے جو رواں برس 26 جون کے 164 روپے کے مقابلے میں گزشتہ روز اوپن مارکیٹ میں ڈالر 154.70 روپے کی بہت کم سطح پر پہنچ گیا تھا۔ </p> <p>فاریکس ایسوسی ایشن آف پاکستان کے صدر ملک بوستان نے کہا کہ ’ڈالر، 154.70 روپے کی کم ترین اور 155 روپے کی بلند ترین سطح پر رہا، جو 164 روپے کی بلند ترین سطح پر پہنچنے کے بعد ڈالر کی کم ترین قیمتیں ہیں‘۔</p> جون کو ڈالر اوپن مارکیٹ میں 164 روپے کی بلند ترین سطح پر پہنچ چکا تھا جس کے بعد روپے کے مقابلے میں ڈالر کی قدر میں کمی آنا شروع ہوگئی تھی۔ </p> <p>رواں برس جون سے لے کر اب تک ڈالر کے مقابلے میں روپے کی قدر میں 5.67 فیصد اضافہ ہوا ہے۔ </p> <p>کرنسی ڈیلرز کا کہنا ہے کہ روپے کی قدر میں بتدریج اضافے کی وجہ سے شرح مبادلہ مستحکم ہونے میں مدد ملی جو گزشتہ چند ماہ سے 155 سے 156 کی سطح پر برقرار تھا۔ </p> <p>علاوہ ازیں اس استحکام کو انٹربینک مارکیٹ میں شرح مبادلہ میں تیزی کے رجحان سے بھی منسوب کیا جاسکتا ہے جس نے جمعہ کے روز ڈالر کی قیمت 155 روپے کی کم ترین اور 155.10 روپے کی بلند ترین سطح پر ظاہر کی کہ اوپن مارکیٹ میں ڈالر عام طور پر انٹربینک کے نرخ سے زیادہ پر تجارت کرتا ہے لیکن گزشتہ کچھ ماہ سے اوپن مارکیٹ کے نرخ انٹربینک کے نرخوں کے آس پاس ہوتے ہیں۔ </p> <p>ملک بوستان نے کہا کہ ’اس کی سب سے بڑی وجہ یہ ہے کہ ملک مالی سال 2018 کے 20 ارب ڈالر کے کرنٹ اکاؤنٹ خسارے سے باہر نکل آیا ہے اور 4 سال میں پہلی مرتبہ رواں برس اکتوبر میں کرنٹ اکاؤنٹ سرپلس تھا‘۔</p> <p>بینکوں میں موجود کرنسی ڈیلرز نے کہا کہ بین الاقوامی مالیاتی ادارے (آئی ایم ایف، ایشیائی ترقیاتی بینک سے ڈالر کے بہاؤ میں اضافے اور درآمدات میں کمی کی وجہ سے ڈالر کی طلب میں کمی آئی ہے۔ </p> <p>پاکستان نے درآمدات میں کمی کرتے ہوئے
