All submitted articles should report original, previously unpublished research results, experimental or theoretical. Articles submitted to the Conference should meet these criteria and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. All submitted papers will undergo a thorough review process. Accepted full papers will be published in conference proceedings or journals according to the review result, authors will be invited to give an oral/poster presentation on site. Authors are also not allowed to submit their papers elsewhere during the ESRE reviewing period. Submitted papers are expected to contain original work executed by the authors with adequate, proper and scholarly citations to the work of others. It is the job of the authors to clearly identify both their own contribution(s) and also published results / techniques on which they depend or build. Reviewers are charged to ensure these standards to be met.</span></td> </tr> </table> </div></div> </div> <p style="margin-bottom: 0"><b> <span style="font-size: 14pt">Publication Ethics - Penalty against Plagiarism</span></b></p> <p style="margin-bottom: 0" align="justify"><span style="font-size: 14pt">We firmly believe that ethical conduct is the most essential virtual of any academic. Hence any act of plagiarism is a totally unacceptable academic misconduct and cannot be tolerated.</span></p> <p style="margin-bottom: 0" align="justify"> <span style="font-size: 14pt">Submissions must be original, unpublished work, and not have been submitted to another conference or journal for publication. Full papers submissions will be blind peer-reviewed by at least two experts from the International Program Committee in order to ensure high quality standards of research. Paper length needs to be 10-15 pages followed "download format".
