Our current performance is shown on <a href="stats.php">a page of statistics</a>. We aim to adhere to the following standards for turnaround time. <ul>  <li>For papers of 25 pages or less: 10 weeks. <li>For papers of 10 pages or less: 6 weeks. <li>For all other papers: at most 20 weeks. </ul> We aim to have most papers go through at most two rounds of refereeing. In light of this goal, a paper judged to be unlikely to be acceptable by a second round will be rejected, either without consultation with referees or in response to referee reports.
