The existing site featured a dated design, confusing navigation, and limited capabilities for enrollment events in its communities. In addition, the site needed a modern content management system.</p> <h2>Forum One Solution</h2> <p>Forum One helped the Foundation refine its site's objectives and audiences. This led to the development of an improved information architecture and a fresh creative design. Usability testing improved upon the team's design assumptions and refined the user experience.</p> <p>The finished site was launched at <a href="https://web.archive.org/web/20090812232629/http://www.covertheuninsured.org/">www.covertheinsured.org</a>. <p>Forum One developed the new site using the Drupal open source content management system. The solution features sophisticated user management and back-end sharing of content to and from the Foundation's family of web sites.</p> <p>The site also provides opportunities to get involved and resources for reformers and health care professionals. It includes tools for publicizing community activities such as health fairs and enrollment events.
